Positive experience: Pedram is a great personal trainer with a lovely personality and this is the reason I am writing this review! The sauna is nice at the gym but overall they need to get their air conditioning working better!

Fantastic experience: I was a member for a year and had a great experience. Good facilities and excellent PT. Also what I was particularly pleased about was how helpful management were with refunding my membership fee, that was charged in error.

Positive experience: There are some pretty brutal reviews on here and I have to say I am surprised. I joined Nuffield about six months ago having been a member at another Ealing gym for a while. There are some issues raised which are fair enough, the pool is closed a fair bit and some parts of the gym need refurbishing, however I rather suspect these are issues that the staff themselves know about but are powerless other than raising things to 'central management' The gym is never that busy (as some have said) I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to use equipment and have never had an issue booking the classes I want to go to. I go at all times of the day pretty much every day and other than when classes turn out and the gym floor is busy with people chatting it's fine. The staff have come in for some serious flack too, I've never had so much as a crossed word with them, when I have raised things once or twice they've been dealt with on the spot. Each to their own and what works for me may not work for others but compared to the local alternatives I am very happy with Nuffield.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and members - with the BEST class timetable! I’ve been going here for around 7yrs - I largely go to classes, the timetable has such a variety of class and the instructors are all lovely! There’s a nice and friendly vibe amongst members too. I also use the gym floor a few times a week and there’s a good variety of gym equipment. Since Covid, you can also regularly see members and staff keeping the gym (extra) clean. Would totally recommend joining!

Fantastic experience: Just been renovated which now justifies the price correctly. There are many poor reviews on Nuffield health but after the new renovation the biggest problem of price justification is solved. All their facilities are great and while management isn’t amazing the staff make up for it.

Fantastic experience: A bit pricier than some other local options but you get what you pay for. Great swimming pool when it's not busy. Like any other gym it gets crowded at times but it's not something completely unmanageable. The staff are pretty attentive too.

Positive experience: It has gotten much better after the remodeling with all new gear on the gym floor. The PT rotation is quite high, and it seems that all the really good ones have moved on (I've been coming here for more than 2 yrs)...

Fantastic experience: This gym is great and doesn't deserve these poor reviews. I've been a member here for 6 months now and have thoroughly enjoyed working out here 2 or 3 times a week. I've found the change rooms to be clean and most of the staff to be helpful. The management, especially Lucas, has been professional, friendly and far more reasonable than the other reviews imply. The recent refurb and new equipment is a great addition and makes this gym one of the best in the area. The Tier 1 membership allows me to use one of the other Nuffields near my work which has a squash court, so it's perfect. Thanks to the team, keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Love this place Excellent Customer service, excellent equipment and no riff raff, very clean and hygienic with showers sauna steam room and facilities for children available along side a bar to get a bite to eat and Internet access available. Excellent 5 stars. Thumbs Up!

Fantastic experience: I usually use the Paddington branch but was pleasantly surprised when I visited Ealing. Friendly staff, good facilities. Would reccomend it to anyone looking for a local gym.
