Fantastic experience: The classes are really enjoyable. They are truly for any ability and everyone is welcome. I have personally noticed a massive benefit from attending the sessions as my overall fitness has really improved. The social side of the group is really good too, we all support each other and this makes it a lot more fun as well as being very welcoming when you are new to the group. We also have socials together away from the class, the weekly Saturday coffee session is great.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant! I joined hoping to reach my fitness goals and meet new people. Cal and the group have been super welcoming, friendly and supportive! Plus being able to train outside and enjoy the beauty of the Meadows it's definetly a plus! :)
