Fantastic experience: Best gym I've been to in years! Staff are friendly and helpful and make the effort to get to know their customers by name. The classes are mint, really good mix of different sessions from pilates to boxing to spin. The gym itself is clean and tidy. Theres great gym etiquette where everyone puts back the weights etc, wipes machinery down and looks out for one another. As a woman it's not intimidating, theres lots of other women working out and using the weights and machinery too, it feels very inclusive and welcoming. I cannot fault this place 10/10!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality This is easily the best gym I`ve ever visited. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful and the range of equipment is amazing. Brand new Eleiko kit and more machines than you could ever ask for. You wont find a more reasonably priced gym in the North East, however bring headphones as the playlist selection tends to be awful.

Fantastic experience: As members gyms go this is the mecca. The investment these guys have put into the community is phenomenal. Top specialized brands such as Eleiko which are used in the very top personal training gyms around the world can be seen here. It's my go-to every time I return home to visit. Top gym, top trainers and great staff.

Fantastic experience: Good gym, huge selection of hammer strength plate loaded and stack machines. A massive amount of free weight plates and dumbbells, which go up to 60k. Good Changing room and toilet facilities. Only negative is that it can get extremely busy at peak times, even with the vast array of machinery and space. However this is to be expected as this is a testament to the popularity of the gym due to the above and the exceptional value for money. Definitely one of the best gyms in the North East, having been a former bodybuilder I have trained in quite a few so have decent judgment on such things.

Big selection of free weights (up to 60kg I've seen), loads of bench, a massive range of plate loading machines which are great quality - solid hammer strength ones. Plenty of cardio equipment. There's stacks of other things too numerous to mention!

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for over 2 years, staff are brilliant and haven't been to a better gym in all my years in Newcastle. Also dead handy getting access to both their Swalwell and Cramlington facilities. The owner and staff are constantly looking at ways to improve and upgrade the gym as well, which is refreshing.

Fantastic experience: Excellent kit, great variety and plenty classes on to keep everyone happy. Does get busy around 4.30-7pm week days but nice and quiet at other times. Only £15 a month, bargain. Watch out for peak hour parking...can be a pain!

Fantastic experience: Best gym ive been to so far in newcastle. Extensive selection of equipment and space. Loads of free weights, loads of plate loaded machines, Cardio equipment and other stuff. Does get airless and warm at peak times, not sure if there is aircon or not. Showers arent particularly good - no ventilation in room, 1 often out of use.

Fantastic experience: Everything you could want from a gym and always get on what you want. The staff are great but not pushy and its only 15.00 a month. Not for those wanting posh and sauna as it's more basic and get on with it.
