Positive experience: Friendly, well set out gym with lots of free parking to the front.

Positive experience: Lovely staff, machines a sensible space apart for Covid but bring your own antibac wipes.

Positive experience: Staff seem lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately they were not running the classes advertised due to a dispute over pay. The team are hardworking and deserve to be paid on time every month. I joined to solely do the classes so I was disappointed. The gym itself is compact, but has everything you could need. Need, tidy and covid friendly.

Fantastic experience: Been a member of this gym (including its previous incarnation) since 2013. Love the location and the fact I have to travel past it after work.....this kind of guilt trips me into getting my fat a@&e in there. Since it’s change of ownership and refurbishment it now represents a more finished and modern facility.. The young folks who staff the place are a real credit If I had one area to improve it would be a sauna room for post workout ❤️❤️

Positive experience: Nice friendly place to work out, helpful staff and not too busy, meaning you can work out uninterupted, facility's are standard with interactive cardio machines (tredmill, cross trainers,bikes ect) along with weight and resistance machines, free weights lifting rigs and benches. classes and PT instructors are available. Changing rooms are a little basic but do fine. (Showers are open with privacy screens ether side) (lockers are secure with pound coin lock) over all good place and price options for peak off peak contract and non contract.
