Fantastic experience: I was there between 4.00 and 5.00 pm, it was clean and not crowded. I like that gym!

Fantastic experience: Smaller than expected however, the men's changing room is awfully small, I would imagine going at peak times you'll find it difficult to find an open locker. Decent amount of machines and equipment to use. There are disinfectant stations which people use to wipe machines and equipment after use. Overall, it's a decent gym where you can get a good workout in. I would like to add the gym times are not 24hrs as stated, I had to find out the hard way by getting and there and finding out that they were closed! After asking a fellow gym goer found out that the gym Opens at 8AM Sat&Sun and closes at 10PM and on Mondays they open at 4AM. Truly disappointed, there wasn't even a notice/sign stating this and it's making me rethink my membership since The Gym Ruislip is £4 extra than the one in Wealdstone where it is truly open 24hrs.

Positive experience: So the gym itself is fine. It’s the changing rooms, or lack of. So most of the lockers are down a corridor, with a few lockers in the changing room. But you have a small bench attached to the lockers, and the area itself is very small . So if I had to bring my suit I wouldn’t have had anywhere to hang it. If there are more then two people getting ready, then there is no room left at all.
