Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I can't praise Optimum Gym enough, Charlie and Mike have created the perfect place to work out, have a PT session or attend a class. All PTs have extensive knowledge and commitment.

Positive experience: Parking can be tricky at certain times but it is a fab little gym near the High Street so perfect to go to Tesco straight after training. Seperate training areas and outdoor section too. I did boot camp here and had a fun time.
