Fantastic experience: Love this place - friendly, knowledgeable team running it, the circuit takes half an hour so I can fit it into my day really easily. Am fitter than I've ever been! If you're wondering whether to try it, do! Losing weight too!

Fantastic experience: Wow! What a truly amazing place. I joined after having knee surgery and mental health/anxiety. Martinne and Lyn have supported me so much, I felt lost but now I feel me again. Every blip I face they are always encouraging and supportive. I can’t recommend this place enough. Come down and see for yourselves A+

Fantastic experience: WOW!!! What a place..... I am by no means a "Gym Person" however, I took the plunge in January of this year to make myself a better person, so I joined Gymophobics. I have nothing but great things to say about this place, they are knowledgeable, helpful & fun. I struggle with my weight and they are helping me so much to keep on the straight and narrow with an exercise programme and healthy eating plan. The whole package...... I have to admit that when lockdown was on "I missed going to the gym", never in a million years would those words ever left my mouth prior to joining this great team, THANK YOU to the fab ladies
