The difference six months is more than I ever expected, I really enjoy training now and that is something I never thought I’d say! Using Max as a PT was probably the best decision I made in 2019.
Max took me from knowing absolutely nothing about boxing and fitness training to. Competing in a white collar event within six months , always find him very approachable and a font of knowledge while keeping the fitness routines varied and challenging, I feel better able to cope with daily life having a better level of fitness.

I trained with Max just over two years ago to meet my personal weight loss and fitness goals. I most recently returned just after lockdown for a few kick-start sessions. I can safely say that Max is a professional, reliable and committed PT who knows what he's talking about when it comes to fat loss and strength training. Overall my fitness has improved massively. The sessions themselves are well structured and tailored to me, I get a great full body training session each time and have noticed a difference pretty quickly. Definitely a positive PT who keeps you motivated!
I started training boxing under Max recently. After attending his classes I found I was progressing very well, my fitness has improved greatly, and I recently started doing 1to1 boxing sessions with him. Just over a short period of time I feel like I have learned a hell of a lot. Max has very good knowledge, and has a brilliant attitude to coaching, he makes training fun, but also really puts me through my paces, he's easy to talk to, and anytime of the day I can message him and ask advice, and he's always happy to help. I would highly recommend Max not only for his extensive experience, but also his attention to detail.
I have been boxing with max consistently for about 6 months, he is a brilliant coach and very supportive, I was out of shape and very unfit, until I began training with max. He helped me drop a lot of weight and built my stamina up to where it needed to be to compete. Max helped me achieve a win in my first bout against a tough opponent. He’s a very knowledgeable guy with great intentions and wants nothing but the best for his clients. Would definitely recommend him as a personal trainer, in the gym or in the ring.
I have trained with Max as my PT for a period of about 6 months whilst living in the area. With his expertise in nutrition, boxing and strength/conditioning, I went into the training program knowing that I was in good hands. During this period, his encouragement, commitment and drive to see me reach my goals never wavered. Every month I was smashing my PB's in compound exercises, while dramatically changing my body's composition for the better. I felt strong, sharp and explosive! All testament to a top PT!
Max was my personal for seven months and with his in depth knowledge about fitness and nutrition I lost a total of 9kgs. Max's specialty is combing boxing into his training sessions, which I have thoroughly enjoyed. He is a motivating and supportive trainer who is there for you 24/7. I would highly recommend Max to anyone. Changing your lifestyle to become fitter and healthier is a challenge, one which Max is the perfect coach and mentor for.
