Fantastic experience: Really great fairly priced gym trained here for a week all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the members were also very kind. Really wide rang our equipment that was all very well maintained better than any gym I could find in the area.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training for 35 years and without doubt this is the best gym I’ve ever trained at .. equipment is first class and always kept up to date , with new bits being added all the time .. great atmosphere and not only do you get a good workout you can have a great chat too ! I can’t recommend this place enough .. p.s staff are helpful , knowledgeable and friendly

Fantastic experience: After 4 months away from the gym, Alex & Amber have made sure it is a safe environment, the gym has always been clean, but around government guidelines this has increased to another level! New equipment in there is awesome!!! Back to my happy place :-) Thanks to both Alex & Amber for allowing members & staff to use some equipment during the lockdown period for home workouts. This was a massive support and helped lots of us, me included both physically and mentally! Great gym & community to be part of.

Has all the equipment you could need with room after room of different things to do! You will not find a better gym.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best gym around! They have an amazing array of equipment ranging from every Hammer Strength Plate Loaded machine to some old school Power Racks. Also the new CrossFit training area is immense. Friendly staff and overall an amazing atmosphere to train in! Never had a bad workout here. You just want to spend the day here!
