Fantastic experience: Nice gym. Fairly priced. Can’t go wrong really.

Fantastic experience: THIS BELLY HAS TO GO!! I am so fed up of feeling fat and disgusting so joined The Gym, I'm no way an expert on this but honestly after using a few machines and other equipments I'm feeling alot more positive and that's after 2 visits. The staff and customers are very friendly, if you are unsure you can ask anyone and they help. You see all types of people trying to better themselves and The Gym really is a friendly judgemental free safe space. Very clean and tidy with loads of equipment.

Positive experience: I joined this gym 3-4 months ago as i needed a change of workout scenery. The gym itself is fine - has plenty of equipment which is kept to a good standard and the gym is kept very clean etc, the monthly membership is also good value for money at only £17 p/m HOWEVER - the gym is just simply too busy - i finish work at 5pm everyday - i go straight to the gym afterwards everyday - and everyday the gym is packed and i am having to wait sometimes over 30 minutes just to get on a squat rack. Fundamentally, people go to a gym to exercise - and with the sheer amount of people at this gym - it prohibits you from being able to do this effectively. So if you want to have an effective workout and hit all your goal in a timely manner - i would suggest a different gym. if you want to take photos of yourself in the mirror, this is the place for you.

Positive experience: Pro's: decent range of equipment, good location, fairly cheap. Con's: exceptionally busy at all times of the day. (especially the evenings.) 2 power racks in a gym this size is a joke. 1 other basic rack to make up 3 in total. Anyone wanting to do squats, OHP, deadlifts etc. will always be waiting for a space. Dumbbell area is over crowded, and benches are too close together. Feel like I can't train without worrying about dropping a dumbbell on someone passing by.

Fantastic experience: Came down for the weekend from London and this The gym is better than anyone I've been to in London. Huge space and loads of racks. Day passes from £6.99 not to bad.

Fantastic experience: It’s such a great and fully integrated gym but very crowded so if you are interested to join have to take this in consider. It’s my first week with high ambition, wish me luck!

Fantastic experience: Very well equipped gym that is well priced, however gets very busy during peak times, and WiFi often doesn't function correctly when there are a lot of people using it at once

Fantastic experience: Very cool gym cheap are cheerful very good machines and free weights the it are good aswel but can coat 25 pounds a hour so I wouldn't recommend them becoz u feel it but one section is a must.there are busy times so make sure u check the timing to make sure u don't go on busy timing of u will be waiting around.with the students and locals to together can get hectic

Fantastic experience: I enjoy this place, the staff are cool and quite safe. The personal trainers are really nice and caring, they especially help in understanding what you want to achieve out of your visit and how to maintain it. The facilities itself are good.

Fantastic experience: This gym is open 24/7 which is a huge plus when it comes to working out on a busy day. You don't have to worry about whether or not you will have time to continue training. There is a large variety of machines so even during peak times, you can usually find a free treadmill or something similar. Staff is friendly.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, huge selection of equiptment cardio and weight training. Open 24h which is great Changing rooms and showers are good although you will need your own lock if you want to use the lockers. Gym gets very busy around peak hours and you may have to wait before you can use machines which isnt ideal. Peak times I found are around 9am and 6pm. Great price for what you get. Free wifi although doesnt work great + no phone service as it is underground. Would recomend this gym.

Fantastic experience: The Gym is a wonderful place to work out. Period. It has two floors, so even in the busy hours you have a lot of space, the machines are well-maintained, it has 24/7 access, which is important for those with a busy lifestyle and the staff are very friendly. One is now a good mate! I would highly recommend because the quality deals, classes are unequally matched to a low price!

Fantastic experience: Clean,comfortable and open 24/7 with lovely friendly staff who are always there to give you a hand if ever you need it! Any new gym goers are always welcome with plenty classes to get you started.
