Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I have been to ! I was a member here for 2 years whilst at University, I had the student subscription which I highly recommend to other students looking to use the gym whilst at University in Nottingham. Kinetik is a private gym meaning there are limited members so it is never crowded when you go there so using all the equipment you need is never a problem, unlike most of the high street gyms which are rammed all the time. The gym also has a variety of great equipment so that you can workout and exercise to the full. All of these great qualities of the gym are successfully accomplished by the owners who make the place feel more like a communities than just a gym to workout at, everyone that works there are all so lovely and friendly and really will put you and your health at the centre of their priorities, putting on classes, helping with dietary advice and meal planning as well as giving personal training session. Like I say this gym is the best one I’ve been too, with the added factor of being extremely affordable in comparison to the other gyms around, why would you go anywhere else!

Was only there for two months as I moved to another country after that, but would definitely return if I'm ever back in Notts. Wishing them all the best with their business.

Fantastic experience: A great gym, located centrally. Has plenty of free weights and machines to use and a large open space for anything you want to do. Everyone in the gym, including the gym goers are very friendly and the gym has a casual , easy going, no ego atmosphere going for it. Machines, weights and the gym is always clean. Changing rooms have showers.

Fantastic experience: Really great gym, with a great atmosphere and solid setup for all ranges of workouts. The staff are really friendly and on hand to help out or give advice! Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: If someone told me last year I'd be going to the gym regularly, at least 3 times a week, I wouldn't have believed them. I was a complete gym novice before... 7 years of little to zero exercise, had never stepped foot in the weights area of a gym, never taken a class at a gym and never had a PT session. The Kinetik team however came to the rescue! The support they have given me throughout has been spectacular and the wide variety of classes and workout advice have helped to keep the exercise routines varied and exciting. I've recently completed PT sessions with Ali and it's amazing what results have been achieved in just under 3 months. I can't thank the team enough and look forward to the next workout!

Fantastic experience: I've always dreaded joining and going to the gym as it's pretty obvious I have no idea what I'm doing, but I genuinely enjoy every workout I do at Kinetik. The staff are so supportive, the classes are rad and the equipment is amazing. Not only are the staff supportive but so are the fellow gym goers, everyone is so encouraging and helpful. I hate to say it, but I now love the gym. Thank you to everyone at Kinetik, you're awesome.

Fantastic experience: From the minute I walked in the door, Ali and his staff were so friendly. They gave me pointers on my techniques which meant that I was able to get more out of my workouts. After a few weeks I signed up for personal training. Five months later I can honestly say that choosing Kinetik was the best choice I could have made for my fitness.

Positive experience: Perfectly good gym, but for some strange reason they have no drinking water facilities.. So remember to bring your own water, unless you don’t mind drinking from the toilet sink!

Fantastic experience: It was with an extremely heavy heart that I had to leave the gym this month due to work commitments and travel that would make going here unpractical. However, this is the best gym that I've been a member of in the last 10 years. The gym itself is loaded with the right equipment for my own personal goals. Whilst Kinetik is extremely competitive in price, it maintains the feel of a personal and focused training environment with really pleasant members and staff. My workouts never overrun because the gym always has space for its members. The only time is if the staff members are speaking to me, to make sure that I understand how to use the equipment effectively and that my training is conducive to my personal goals. So I couldn't complain! Hope to be back in the future.

Fantastic experience: Moved up to Nottingham for work, looked at a few gyms but Kinetik had the best range of equipment. Staff were on hand to give me fitness guidance and the option for tailored training packages were available for me. I understand this is a brand new gym, so cleanliness of changing rooms and areas was excellent. Great location, I recommend this gym over the others I have visited.

Fantastic experience: Kinetik Nottingham is by far the best gym I have used to date. The staff are extremely friendly and informative. The workout space is perfect for my routines and all the equipment is brand new. Very clean too!

Fantastic experience: Great new fitness facility in such a handy location to my city center office. Brand new equipment, really knowledgeable staff and great changing facilities complete with GHD hair straighteners. I had an in depth induction with Ali and have a tailored program put together for my needs. I'm pleased to say I no longer feel like simply a number in a gym, the team really care about my personal goals and helping me achieve results.

Fantastic experience: I have signed up for a course of personal training. The gym has such high tech equipment and is very luxurious. The staff and friendly and very experienced. I love going to the gym now and feel very motivated. Best of all there is a great sense of community and I'm getting to know other members which is fantastic.
