Fantastic experience: I've just started coming here and really surprised with the quality of equipment and quantity. There's always Instructors around and seem very helpful. The place is clean and everyone seems respectful. Currently the best gym I've been in Plymouth.

Fantastic experience: Basic gym with everything you need in terms of weight machines, free weights and cardio machines. Gym is 24/7 which is useful for nightshift workers like myself.

Fantastic experience: Clean gym , big variety of equipment . The only thing missing that i think it would be useful during these times are Hand Sanitizer Gel(not the solution wich can damage skin) station at the entrance/ exit area

Fantastic experience: I use this gym at least 4 times a week. Normally before 5AM. And even at that time, it is very clean and all equipment is in working order. The only staff I see are the cleaners and they are friendly.
