Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for quite some time now, the staff are so friendly, the gym is often nicely busy but not overcrowded. They've just put in another machine, excellently laid out space with lots of machines and options. If you're looking for a small to medium sized gym that has a good selection of machines for weights & cardio, this is the spot.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic centre for sport and fitness Group activities inside the sports hall or out on the tennis courts and astro turf pitches Walking netball enjoy a one and a half hour training session every Thursday . Fabulous for fitness fun friendship and netball skills. The fitness suites have a number of high tech machines to develop strength and stamina. Children's holiday activities in half terms and holidays are very popular A large car park too.

Fantastic experience: Excellent sports and leisure facility close to Stafford. Staff give me the impression of being switched on, friendly and focused on customer satisfaction. Great gym with plenty of excellent equipment. All areas are clean tidy and up to date.
