Positive experience: Following the death of my mother, we changed solicitors to one nearer to home. We collected all but the deeds to the house, as were told it was not possible to release them until grant of probate. However when we spoke to our new solicitor, we were told this should not have been the case. I do hope we have not got to make another journey to collect them!
