Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism When I started at The Training Station in January 2020 I was over weight and seriously unfit, With the help of Katie my fitness has increased dramatically and my weight has dropped. The classes are always varied and alternative exercises are given to meet your fitness levels. Highly recommended !
