Fantastic experience: Womens only gym. I have a great workout using the weighted machines in the back room but going to start using the main gym this week. Cycling and rowing machines. Beth and Paula are always on hand if you need them and what a lovely pair they are. Always welcoming. Definitely a 5 star gym.
