Baseline Fitness

Fantastic experience: I’ve now been a member at Baseline fitness for 9 weeks, and it’s the first time I’ve ever really enjoyed regular exercise. The classes are varied, hard but enjoyable and the coaches are so supportive. Thank you for making me feel like I CAN do it!

Fantastic experience: Completed the 6 weeks and well worth it. The whole team are enthusiastic, well knowledged and were helpful and motivating throughout. Very friendly enviroment with a supportive enviroment with others from all different backrounds. Felt like the main aim was to do the exercises in good form and pushing yoirslef rather than who can lift the heaviest or do them the fastest. Went from feeling sluggish and slow to very energetic and a masive change into a positive mindset. Defiantly better than paying a monthly debit to a open gym wheres theres no support or structure. 100% Reccomentd to anyone who wants to set goals in their fitness, social life orjust improving the lifestyle

Fantastic experience: A fantastic group of trainers who welcome everyone whatever their ability. The training programs are both enjoyable and challenging. I joined to break bad habits and now regret not doing it sooner.

Fantastic experience: I've just completed a 6 week course with baseline fittness it's been very worthwhile and enjoyable experience which I have benefited from, I feel fitter, stronger and motivated to carry on training. The staff are very friendly and approachable, the facilities are well set out and the classes are set at various times to suit any work schedule. I felt comfortable and well supported at all times and will certainly be continuing to train at base line fittness.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, been a member since they opened and it keeps getting better. I have been going to the classes, which are really well programmed for all levels. Coaches help with all aspects, fitness, strength & nutrition and I have seen a huge change in myself. Loads of equipment there too if your not doing a class. Great vibe and super friendly coaches. Totally recommend a visit.
