Fantastic experience: Great little gem in Neath. Been here for over a month and I love the place. Very open space which is great as your not stepping on anyone's toes. The staff are extremely friendly and always stop to say hi or have a chat. If your looking for a gym, this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym great classes, everyone looks out for each other. Contrary to other reviews all the kit is top notch and clean. Great changing rooms and a nice cafe next door. Rates for this quality of gym are very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: I have trained here since its opening, and it was great then, now it gas to be one of south Wales premier gyms, the staff are knowledgeable and professional and there is something for everyone here, doesn't have the marketed, prim and proper feel of a commercial gym, it you train in the neath, port Talbot,swansea area, this is the place to do it. Love the place.

Fantastic experience: Neaths' Ultimate Gym. Facilities here for the casual aerobic/cardio male/female fitness goer, to the Strongman and everything in between. If you're looking for an Intense ( as you want to make it ) Circuit Class, a Boxercise Class, a Yoga Class to maintain/up your fitness goals or free weights/machines to sculpt your physique then this is the Friendly Club Atmosphere Gym for you ⭐⭐⭐‍♀️⭐️‍♀️⭐

Fantastic experience: We'll what can I say about this place but I have 2 gym memberships and I still will go here now and again and pay the £5 for a session , it's a fantastic gym the staff are always happy and will often ask how things are with a great smile and you see them do the same to everyone , the equipment is spaced out perfectly, this place is pretty big and the machines and other equipment like punch bags and cardiovascular areas just seem to flow we'll within the size of the place, there's also a very call it cross fit area where all the propper bars are and the gymnastic rings , there's boxing gloves and pads for anyone to use and the ones I have have been clean and in Very good condition, there's also a bar where you can fill your boots with protein and pre work outs and there's tops you can buy with the unit 9 logo all look like the under armour material so no expense spared there, all in all its amazing gym and if I was living in neath i would be a member for sure,

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. The equipment is excellent and has everything you would need for people who enjoy training. There are plenty of dedicated areas for squatting and deadlifting. An astro turf area where one can do sledge pulls etc... Furthermore the owner is extremely approachable and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.
