Fantastic experience: I only joined fitness camp 6 weeks ago and I am already addicted, Tom is so knowledgable and encouraging and equally will soon realise the things you struggle with and give you that extra butt kicking. Seeing great results already, bouncing up the stairs at home. I was really struggling with motivation to exercise by myself, I went on my own and didn't know anyone, the group are friendly and motivated. If you are thinking about trying it, JUST DO IT, you will be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: Joining Tk Fit camp was the best thing I ever did for my health. The workout and the diet balance is just perfect The atmosphere is full of energy and Tom makes sure you are doing it all right. Its really like a fit camp family... with lots of understanding and super results. I Have not only lost weight but have got a super boost of energy and confidence. I have never ever came across any fit camp like this cant recommend it enough. 10 stars from me...:-)

Fantastic experience: This is not just an exercise class, a diet plan, or a slimming group (although it is all of those three things too!). This is a community of friendly, supportive people who are all motivated to become fit, strong, and healthy. Tom (the trainer) is the best kind of leader as he leads by example and is dedicated to keep his trainees motivated and accountable, which inspires dedication in return. The training plan fits easily into the weekly routine, and in return I have lost weight, become more toned, and I have the strength and fitness that means I have the confidence to tackle more of life's fun challenges. Joining this group has been life changing - I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I joined Tom's class 2 months ago and although it is hard work, I really enjoy it. I joined the class on my own and immediately met some others who were also new starters and on their own. The group are really friendly and no-one feels out of place or self conscious - I was really worried about that, but there really was no need. Tom guides us through exercise and nutrition and is very knowledgeable and helpful - I'm often asking questions about various things. I didn't have a great deal of weight to lose, but I desperately needed to tone up and get back to where I felt comfortable. My body shape has changed and I have lost at least one dress size - more like a size and a half. I am feeling fitter and far more healthy as well as having made some good friends. I would highly recommend joining us!

Fantastic experience: It has been great. I have enjoyed: - feeling physically better and stronger - the results are tangible and the changes are sustainable so very optimistic on this. The vectors are correct. - the work outs I have always been active but mostly more solitary stuff, cycling, riding, swimming and hated group exercise so this is a first and is down to your format and trainers - enjoyed seeing other people who HATE exercise enjoying it and sticking with it - the company the exercise buddies - learnt to reconsider diet and particularly the relationship between protein and strength training There have been lots of challenges to my time and concentration these last 6 weeks. But that is not unusual I don’t do a regular day, week, or month so it will remain a big challenge to get to sessions but I get the advantage in doing so and look forward to more

Fantastic experience: Most positive step I have taken this year has got to be joining TK Total - Results Based Training Cambridge - Bodyshape Health Fitness. I joined on a 'whim' in September & nearly didn't see it through if I'm honest. Then I thought perhaps I'd join & just do the '6 week challenge' - but what I didn't account for was how good I would be feeling after the 6 weeks so I thought what was the point in going through that challenge only to stop & revert back to my 'unfit' self? Seemed a total waste of effort! So I have carried on & I am feeling the fittest & strongest I have felt since before my leg operations in my early 20s! Massive thank you to Tom, Jack & Howard for all the awesome sessions every week that really get you working hard but in a fun & positive way. Not forgetting all the nutrition help & being there for advice whenever it's needed. I can’t rate them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I signed up to the 6 week free* challenge and was successful at losing 18lbs after literally years of failures. Paying a deposit is an amazing motivator to get you to push hard and attend classes and you receive text messages to remind you and motivate you. The classes are super fun, altered for all abilities. All the trainers are extremely friendly and make the sessions interesting&varied so it's never boring. I was able to fit them in around my schedule even though I was sure it won't be possible with starting a new job as a nurse with crazy shifts. The members are also very helpful and kind, TK organises events and competitions eg. upcoming Christmas Dinner, which means you also can get that social aspect To sum up, thank you Tom and team for having me! I feel like a new person and it's given me hope that I can achieve my goal weight- just have to put the work in.

Fantastic experience: *6 WEEKS COMPLETED * Hi Tom I have submitted my weight and measurements, I can’t find my notebook with my previous measurements! I will take the photos shortly and will send here as not sure where to send them? I missed submitting my measurements on the 5th week and also on the 2nd or 3rd week, Apologies for that. I am absolutely thrilled, I am so pleased with how I have done. Before beginning with you I had been through a rough month which had affected my mental health considerably. I got my girls back from social services about a week into your programme. (I’ll tell you about it sometime) Also around week 4 and 5 I was going through some trauma from a break up of a relationship. Your programme helped me to focus on something positive. On top of that I have achieved things that I thought my body could not physically do anymore, due to muscle waste, osteoarthritis and age. I have achieved even more than I had hoped to. I can sprint I can jump I can do weighted squats I can do a full body press ups I can do full burpee’s with a jump I really am over the moon. It has been over 16/17 years since I was doing full body press ups. I am 52 years of age with Osteoarthritis in both hips, waiting for a hip replacement in my left one first. I have been through 2 rounds of treatment (very similar to chemotherapy) in the last 11 years, the 2nd one had me in my bed for 8 months plus many more months of in my bed most of the time. My muscle waste was huge as was the impact on my mental health. My only exercise has been swimming the last few years, as it felt that was the only exercise I could do without severe pain in my hip. I now feel physically fit and strong. I am going to be facing one of the biggest challenges, over the next couple of years, that I have ever had to face in my life. My Children will also be facing this challenge. It brought me very close to suicide If it wasn’t for the unconditional love for my girls, I may not have been here now to write this. I excepted your 6 week challenge not just for my girls but for myself also. I deserve to be healthy and fit. I deserve to be the best that I can be both physically and mentally. I feel prepared and ready to face whatever life throws at me. My physical health has always been so important to me, but I felt I had lost what I had due to illness and age. This opportunity has changed my view on all of that. Thank you Tom and all the trainers and all the other students that I train with - without you all I would not have achieved what I have. Guess what? This is just the beginning… I can’t wait to see the photos. Thank you Tom for giving me this opportunity, I really feel that I cannot truly express my gratitude for that and for what I have achieved. Fantastic experience: Defnitely one of the best lifestyle choices I have made in my life!! I started at 101.3kg and now im at 87.3kg I wanted to get in shape for my holiday and had about 4 months to do something about it and Tom has definitely helped me achieve that goal. thanks for the last few months it's been a blast and will be for a long time to come. Fantastic experience: For me, the last 6 weeks of joining the fit camp mean 6kg less to struggle with SHORT VERSION I recommend this fit camp, I've lost 6 kg in 6 weeks following Tom's advice. All the people joining it are just amazing . FOR REAL READERS: I've already gone to the fit camp for 6 weeks and now I've enrolled for the whole year . My first-day experience was a mess ‍♀️. I was in really bad shape and I have to admit that it was hard (at least for someone that wasn't doing any exercise like me), BUT Tom was giving me the advice to take it easy. He also said that my body needs to get used to exercising in the morning . Yep, he was right. Now I can finish almost all the exercises and I've noticed a lot of progress in my resistance as well as in the way I'm doing the exercises . I'm pretty happy with that . If you're thinking to join us you should also probably know that no one would make the exercises for you ‍♀️ (neither the food decisions after the workout), it's all on you, but the good thing about the fit camps is that we are all in this together and we support each other a lot. During these 6 weeks, I've lost 6 kg . I've had a lot of advice from Tom and the team about how to make the exercises, how to improve, how to have better exercise techniques, food, and a lot more. We also have lots of workouts just with our bodies and definitely, those are my favorite ones . I recommend you this camp if you have a clear objective and if you want to be better (in so many ways). See you there!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend TK Total Fitness! I reached over 6% body fat loss! The boot camp was fun and the variations on the exercises were brilliant. Always being able to move to the next level once the exercise became easy. It was so great to be in a big group of friendly people. The support given was exceptional. The recommendation’s for diet, in order to gain muscle, but lose weight have been life changing for me. As well as losing weight, I feel stronger, more toned and more confident. Thank you for all your help!

Fantastic experience: Before joining TK I felt achy, lethargic and my mood was low a lot of the time. I joined the 6 week challenge 6 months ago and haven't looked back. I've stuck with it because I feel better than I ever have before. I have lost weight, but the benefits have been more than just weight loss - my mood is lighter, I have more energy and I'm feeling confident again. Tom and the team are fantastic. If you give them your best effort, they will get you results.

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner joined the TK total fitness 6 weeks ago and absolutely love it. It is very energetic and motivating environment. Tom and other instructors are really good at what they do and keep you on track. I lost 9.3 kgs in 6 weeks and my partner lost 8.4 kgs in 6 weeks. We both are really happy with out results and are now full-time members of FitFam. We recommend TK total fitness 100 %. The whole bootcamp is very engaging and there is no way you won't get your desired results, it just a matter of time once you join the team.

Fantastic experience: My 6 week challenge has "finished" (not really as it's a long term change in life style) and I'm very happy with my results! It's not just about the weight lost (5kg aprox) but about how good I'm feeling every time I go to class and after. I've done exercise before in the past but I have never really implemented it as part as my daily routine as I'm doing now. I'm feeling like instead of making an effort to exercise, I'm just doing it because I enjoy it and it makes me feel better, which is great! I have two young babies that keep me busy during the day (and night ), and making the effort to exercise and eat well is actually helping me to have more energy to look after them. I'm really glad I took the decision to join in despite of "being too busy with the kids".

Fantastic experience: After being diagnosed with Bulimia Novsa in 2019 and Therapy unable to help me my weight was so up and down and I was trapped between restricting and feeling weak and so ill and binging feeling mentally exhausted and drained, since joining TKtotal just 6 weeks ago, I feel ALIVE my scales have gone in the bin (I would weigh myself 2/3 times a day) I no longer care for numbers on a scale and I don't have a goal weight, thanks to Jandre who made me see the bigger picture, I can't belive the effect this programme and the guys have had on my mental health in such a short period! I am now a long term member I feel like a new person and my self love is growing! Happier HEALTHIER me !!! The support you get and the level of communication the positive vibes list is endless you can't find that in a crash diet or at a gym! Best decision I made

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank enough the support received from the whole TK Fitness team during the 6-weeks bootcamp challenge. The TK Fitness team has created a very supportive and awesome Facebook community equipped with really skilled trainers who help out with your progress and smash your final goal. The nutrition support was great, and the facilities got a wide range of equipment that you can use to push your exercises to the next level. The team and specially Tom were always there to keep you motivated. The 6-weeks transformation program helped me to recover the confidence and the routine of a very healthy and active lifestyle. And I ended up losing 12.1 kg after 6 weeks, so I could not be happier!!! Strongly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I joined out of frustration that I kept gaining weight and feeling like nothing I did made a difference. Never enjoyed group exercise before, but this was completely different! Trainers are very professional, working with you to make sure your workouts work for you, not generic. The group keeps you motivated and helps you stay accountable. I'm healthier, happier, and better able to just get on with life since getting involved. I'm really enjoying it too.

Fantastic experience: Can't ask for more. In four months I have lost 2 stone and look like I did twenty years ago. This is down to the Tom who's fun, informative and encouraging attitude had delivered results. You still need to put effort in though, he's not that good. With TK Total Fitness you are in good hands. Oh, he's also incredibly good value too.

Fantastic experience: TK Fitness gave me the 'kick' that I had been struggling to find. There was help and support for physical fitness and nutrition from the team. They made me feel positive and optimistic that I could reach my goal. It was great to meet other members on their journeys too. In my experience, I can't find/think of anything negative.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I joined TK Fitness for a 6 week Bootcamp. Tom and Shelly were super helpful and friendly. Fantastic experience: This is the number 1 fitness programme in Cambridge... there is no comparison! Tom is an excellent trainer and all the people involved in TK go above and beyond! I’ve had life changing results! Highly recommend, if you get a chance to do a challenge with these guys DO IT. Be warned you might end up staying forever, its addictive!

Fantastic experience: I'm extremely happy I joined TK Total Fitness. I struggled a lot through lockdown, and between lack of physical activity and stress-eating I put on an unhealthily high number of kilos. I tried to start exercising several times at home, but I lacked any kind of motivation to stick to it for more than a few days. Then I found TK online, and thought the 6-week challenge could be worth a try. And it definitely was. Everyone in the team and attending the sessions have been very supportive, and a great source of motivation to stick to the programme. The HIIT-style training sessions are challenging, but great for getting results, and the online community is really supportive. The challenge is ideal to get you into the right mindset and encourage you to keep pushing yourself and achieving the results you set for yourself. Joining TK gave me the motivation and the support to change my style of life: I'm eating cleaner, I stopped snacking, and I'm exercising lots and regularly. And the results show that: I've managed to lose over 11 kilos in just 6 weeks, something I didn't believe was possible before.

Was worried about being older but was made to fee welcome from the outset. Great for accountability and positive encouragement - you get pushed 'just enough' and not too far.

Fantastic experience: Very best Xmas gift you can give to yourself in this bloody year. You don’t need to go through yo-yo diets anymore. You just need to be determined and accept if you continue eating out and not moving you gain weight. Tom knows well what he is doing He is a top trainer. All set of exercises are well planned and thoughts through. You will Learn how to have healthy and balanced life. He is following your progress up continuously and give adequate advices to achieve your goals. The team is awesome. All in all I enjoy being part of TK Total everyday.

Fantastic experience: Joined the Fit Camp just before the COVID lockdown. Tom was very hands on and accommodating during these tough times. He keeps us accountable, on track and fit. He makes sure we are ok, we work hard and we get results, from the comfort of our own homes. And the Fit Family is awesome. Very supportive in terms of wellbeing, trainings and nutrition. I initially joined for 6 weeks, I am now at the end of 7th, leaner, stronger, having more energy than before and 6kg lighter. I strongly recommend joining.

Fantastic experience: Joined T K total fitness to make a change in my life after moving to Cambridge. Found the whole team and Tom very supportive and encouraging through the whole process. With the exercise class and nutritional guidance I have been able to make a substantive start on making a long term change, 10kg lost in 7 weeks. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for 6 months and it has been the best thing ever. I have always enjoyed running and general boot camp style training but since having 3 children I found my motivation towards consistent regular fitness went downhill. Tom is a fantastic coach, he has completely changed my mindset towards fitness in such a positive way. He provides so much individual support, motivation and knowledge both in classes and outside with emails, technique videos, etc. Since joining there has been so many exciting updates on equipment and gadgets that definitely add to keeping the interest there. I really enjoy exercising in a large group as there is a great vibe amongst all the members. The classes are always fun, varied and provide you with an incentive to do better. There is a lot of focus on correct form when doing exercises and therefore reducing any injuries. Tom puts his heart and soul in his job, and you could not get a more personal service anywhere. My only regret- wished I joined it years ago! I am hooked forever!!I strongly recommend it to anyone that wants the ultimate feel good factor in their life. Fantastic experience: Just finished the 6 week bootcamp and I have lost a stone so far and I'm much stronger and fitter. It feels so good to make a goal and see it through to the end! I started 1 week before lockdown so I haven't had a regular experience of doing the bootcamp but it hasn't affected my results in any way. All workouts have moved onto live videos and Tom and the FB group give you lots of support and accountability to make sure you're staying on track with your goals. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: TL, DR: A great way to boost confidence, achieve fitness and body image goals, and create new habits (even in quarantine/lockdown), but not recommended for anyone with disordered eating or working through illnesses related to hormonal imbalances. I joined TK Fitness as part of a 6-week transformation programme, where I committed £300 to controlling my calories and protein intake, and attending 3 HIIT-style fitness classes every week. I had to post my daily meals and macro breakdown on a Facebook group and measure myself once a week. Instructional videos were provided each week to give detail on nutritional goals, how to maintain consistent progress, etc. Tom Kynaston (head coach) created all of these videos and managed the programme mostly, with the help of his assistant Beks. I found that this programme really taught me a lot about what I was capable of given the right motivation and structure - it was very easy for me to overeat (and drink) without tracking previously, and I was never thinking about protein intake beforehand. I managed to stick to 3 classes a week and fitness-wise was able to tackle them and push myself. The varied exercises were enjoyable and the HIIT structure makes them easy to get through without wanting to throw up or cry. As we went into lockdown, Tom transitioned classes to being online and these have been a good replacement. I'm surprised at how effective bodyweight-only workouts can be, and Tom gives recommendations on suitable equipment and alternative exercises for each workout. If you join on the livestream, Tom can encourage you by name and also answer questions through the comments which is nice especially for those who are more isolated at this time. Many are still achieving their fitness goals despite working out alone (many in their living rooms or gardens) and without any professional equipment. I am consistently losing small amounts of weight and body-fat at a rate I consider healthy, and feel that the full-body workouts really get your joints moving. I'd recommend this bootcamp to anyone who struggles to maintain a routine, is not in control of their eating/wants to gain more awareness of their eating habits, and anyone who craves a community to engage with regarding their fitness. The Facebook group is nice and we encourage one another, plus gives accountability in all things. I invested in a MyZone early in lockdown which was really helpful in letting me see the amount of effort I had put into a session and how many calories I had burned. Tom also takes the time to individually text everyone regularly about upcoming classes, missed classes (oops) or reminding you to book in your sessions for the coming week. I would not recommend this bootcamp to anyone who has had disordered eating in the past or anyone working through hormonal difficulties (e.g. amenorrhoea, infertility or PCOS) unless advised by your doctor. Although this programme is flexible to many different people and needs, I think more specialised programmes would be suited to those individuals so as not to exacerbate their conditions.

Fantastic experience: I joined the 6-week programme after it popped up in my Instagram feed. I was already working out regularly but was carrying quite a bit of extra weight, particularly around the middle. I wanted to set myself the challenge of dropping approximately 1.5kg per week to see if I could get in tip top shape. The results have been amazing. I have lost 10kg and am in the best shape I have ever been in my life (at 46). The programme is a comprehensive blend of exercise and nutrition. Tom, who runs the programme is incredibly supportive in keeping you on track of your goals and helping out with any questions. It’s an amazing programme, if you want to get in the best shape of your life, or just lose some kg and feel better, go for it, you will not be sorry!

Fantastic experience: The six week transformation course gave me the motivation, confidence and ability to train at my own pace. I was very new to exercising and calorie deficits but tk fitness was very helpful and accommodating. Completing this course was definitely a good decision and starting point into fitness. Tom shows compassion and helps drive you to where you want to be. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I truly can’t believe I’ve been going to TK for over 2.5yrs! my gym experiences before this have been to sign up, enthusiastically attend for 1-3months, pay for a further 3-6months while in denial & eventually give up & cancel. When I first came across TK fitness I was so unmotivated, my clothes were tight & I definitely wasn’t in shape. I started with an 8 week bootcamp, trying to find some motivation and never looked back. I remember in the beginning watching some of the other long-term members wondering where they found the energy to keep going, but that was the great bit. I watched the others using a little wheel to do something called roll outs & was motivated to progress through the variations of plank exercises so that I could have the muscle control to do it too. 2.5yrs later that motivation hasn’t disappeared, I now do roll outs & race against myself to do more of them in one go. And it’s the same with each exercise in the class, there’s always a variation to suit & a progression to keep you motivated to reach. I love that I can fall out of bed in the morning & into a class where Tom has already come up with a plan for 3 sessions in a week, each targeting different key areas. I get to repeat these classes for a few weeks so I really get to know the exercise & work the area before Tom mixes it up again. A few months with Tom had me in such great shape that I started cycling the 10miles to work. Then I even took up running - another thing I’ve tried many times over & quickly given up! Now, I’ve just ran my 3rd half marathon! and my joking comment about running a marathon by my 40th looks like it might become a reality! ...I couldn’t have ran 3miles in my 20s! Years ago I remember Pink making a comment about how she liked to ‘...run until everything stops jiggling...’ which always amused me. It’s been a lot of hard work but largely thanks to this great class, trainers & group of people, there isn’t a lot left to jiggle :)

Fantastic experience: I initially started the 8 week transformation program in July ( it was my birthday gift from my partner) and I wasn't sure if I will continue since I get bored so quickly but the variety of exercises suiting different abilities, made it possible for me to continue. Not in my entire life I would imagine that I would make the time and effort to go to the sessions continuously and enjoy it, this was the best decision I have made in my life. I was surprised from the results I have achieved and renewed my membership for further 6 months and will probably keep on renewing it. I am very happy and pleased I made it that far. Working with such a motivating team like: Tom, Mike and Beks are incredible and so motivating, the entire family is great. Thank you Tom for everything, for the support, checking and making sure everyone is going in the right direction within their fitness level. I just love the sessions

Fantastic experience: Over 3 stone down so far, Tom never stops pushing and motivating you in a good way. I find it really useful that they hold you accountable to the goals you set at the start and your commitment to the program. Everyone at TK, coaches and fellow fit campers are so welcoming and helpful would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I joined TK Total Fitness about 18 months ago as I was unhappy about my fitness and size. Tom is a real expert and tells you exactly what you need to do to achieve your goals (even when it’s not what you want to hear!). I found the workouts really hard at first, but the trainers and the other members are so supportive I never felt like giving up. After about 6 months I had dropped from 75kg and size 12/14 to a well-toned 55kg and size 8. Now I am maintaining my shape and I am so much fitter and stronger - I would never have believed I was capable of what I have achieved in terms of the exercises I can do. Now fit camp is a part of my life and I’m never looking back!

I initially joined because I wanted the knowledge and expertise of a trainer and to get inspiration of exercises to take back to the gym. But I am still there because I have never exercised so regularly for such a long period of time, as Tom is great at keeping you engaged and motivated. I really enjoy the classes and feel that Tom's knowledge has increased over the time I have been there. He really cares about you completing the exercises properly and not injuring yourself as well as pushing you to work hard (much better than other trainers I have experienced). I won't be leaving any time soon, so thanks Tom!

Fantastic experience: I never thought it would be so easy to commit to a workout routine for me, I usually get bored and demotivated pretty quickly. I instead sort of got addicted to it! It is the personal care and attention Tom and the team put in every single one of us, combined with the variety of trainings and a great atmosphere of fun and motivated people, that make this a fantastic choice for whoever wants to shift things in their lives. It is definitely doing it for me! Always available to work together towards your goals, trying to think of ways to help you go through tough moments, helping staying on top of things and with loads of ways to keep your motivation up, Tom, together with Mike and Beks really have found a fantastic system that works! Will never stop recommending it!

Fantastic experience: I've been with TK for three years and I can highly recommend it for anyone looking for exercise that they'll actually stick to. I'm 36 and have never before managed to regularly commit to any exercise. Tom is a genuinely nice guy who is completely dedicated and really cares about his clients getting the results they want. I've made some brilliant friends and I go to three classes a week, all year round - even when its pitch black and frosty in the morning. Tom keeps the sessions fresh by regularly introducing new exercises but also being consistent so we have time to improve. He gives detailed demonstrations of the exercises and is always happy to answer questions. I was so nervous when I started having never lifted a weight or tried circuit training before, but everyone was really friendly and I soon felt completely relaxed there. I've never been confident in my own abilities, but Tom (and the other coaches) have given me the confidence to push myself. Since joining TK, I have also run my first half marathon and joined a running club, which I never thought I'd be fit enough to do. With a two kids, husband, job and a very busy life, I wondered if I'd be able to manage three sessions a week - but those sessions make me feel great and set me up for the day. I love TK! If you're thinking about it and reading reviews, you can definitely do it - so come and join us. You won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: Earlier this year, if anyone had told me I’d be going to 3 fitness classes a week and would genuinely be excited about turning up to each one, I would have laughed so hard But here I am, three months in and I’m loving it! Tom and the team are full of energy and enthusiasm to keep you motivated (and smiling!) throughout the varied classes. The exercises can be tailored to suit all abilities and Tom is always keen to help make sure you’re on track to achieve your personal goals. Everyone in the group is so kind, welcoming, helpful and friendly, which instantly made me feel at ease and makes joining in so much more fun! I turned up 12 weeks ago feeling unhealthy, unhappy and unsure about how to pick myself up again. But now, not only am I in the best frame of mind ever, I’m also the strongest and healthiest I’ve felt in a long long time! And as an added bonus I’ve lost over a stone and can fit into a size 10 again To anyone thinking of investing time and money in themselves, make sure you DO IT! And do it with the TK Family

Fantastic experience: fantastic motivation, accountability, variety and fab bunch to work out with. when I started I thought I'd struggle with 3 times a week, but am now disappointed if I don't manage 4! Fantastic experience: Totally Fantastic! I joined TK a year ago, initially for the 8 week transformation programme - well here I am a year later and I cannot imagine not having Fitcamp in my life! I have dropped 2 clothes sizes, but more importantly to me, I feel stronger, fitter and healthier. The sessions are extremely well planned and varied and the friendly, knowledgeable and motivating coaches offer just the right amount of support and guidance. I love the way that all of the exercises are suitable for all abilities, and it is great to feel progression. I have met an amazing group of people through Fitcamp. Everyone at the sessions is friendly and supportive of each other. It is just a fantastic group to be part of - thank you TK!

Fantastic experience: In the past I have struggled to stick to a fitness program (I tried rowing, a personal trainer, gym) but always failed due to a lack of motivation. I've been at Feel Fit Bootcamp for almost two years now and look forward to each session. Tom keeps us motivated and is always available for advice regarding diet, exercise modification, or just a random chat. The group dynamic further encourages me to attend the sessions. I am both physically and mentally stronger - Cheers Tom!

Fantastic experience: Having been a member of different gyms in the past and never really being motivated to go, I have found Tom's fit camp exactly what I needed. I am now officially addicted!! Not only are Tom and Callum great trainers in their drive and enthusiasm even in the early hours, they are knowledgeable, supportive and make exercise fun. The group members are also very friendly and supportive too. I can highly recommend fitcamp for anyone who wants to make positive changes to their life.

Fantastic experience: Tom's fit camp is by far the best program I've taken part in because his simple approach to both exercise and nutrition makes sticking to a healthy lifestyle change achievable. His enthusiasm for what he does and encouragement every step along the way makes it so much more enjoyable and easy to keep coming back. He's always there with advice, quick to motivate and tirelessly explaining how to do things the right way for you. It's such a friendly atmosphere that makes you not want to miss out, and everyone that attends is so welcoming. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking to positively change their fitness. The sense of achievement that fit camp gives you is addictive!

Fantastic experience: The group is fantastic because Tom makes everyone as part of a big family and team pushes everyone to do more and achieve their goals . He has a great team behind him but he makes it his business to make sure everyone is supported. He is loving, funny, motivating and doesn't leave room for excuses with follow up emails etc. I have diabetes my blood sugar was about twelve and I asked to be tested after few months and it came down to eight and my cholesterol has come down too. Now I have been here about seven months my hope is to come off insulin and be fit and healthy and lose some weight. Tom and Callum well done for your motivation.

Fantastic experience: I originally came to boot camp a year ago because I was unhappy with my weight and fitness levels. I was immediately welcomed by Tom and the team. I lost everything and more that I wanted to and gained a lot of confidence.i have returned twice and every time I feel back at home! Tom is an AMAZING trainer and I feel at my best when I'm working out with him! He is always there when you need him and never let's you quit. The whole team is amazing and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! The locations are great because they are central and indoors so whatever the weather you can work out. The website is helpful and anything you need is a phone call away. I couldn't recommend this place more!

Fantastic experience: As someone who has never been a gym bunny, and was at a very bad place fitness-wise, I was pleasantly surprised how easily this bootcamp fit into my lifestyle. Within the first month, I lost 4% body fat (from 59% down to 55%) and I gained a real get-up-and-go attitude. The atmosphere was incredibly inclusive and supportive, and the tracking tools you get with your membership are a real bonus - I loved being able to set my own goals and targets and see graphics of my progress. Tom is very approachable and there is a real social aspect to the group, which arranges regular nights out together so it's not all work work work - but there are also regular competitions to incentivise you to stay focussed. All in all, one of the best decisions I ever made :-)

Fantastic experience: Back in September 15 I reached a point where I knew I had to do something about my fitness and my shape and weight. With trepidation I joined TK Total Fitness. My fears were unfounded Tom, completely dedicated to his work made me feel really welcome as did other Fit Camp Wolves. I found myself waking before my alarm for the 6.30am slot, the diet much easier than I imagined and the support of Tom and the group unwavering. The classes are fun, always a bit different and although they can be tough I feel better and happier for them. Now nearly 2 stone lighter and 2 clothes size smaller I am still loving Fit Camp. Friends comment on the difference and I was thrilled and astounded a couple of weeks ago when I bought size 8 jeans! I can't recommend TK Total Fitness enough.

Fantastic experience: Tom is very passionate about his work and he really means well for his clients. Training sessions are in small groups and more of a one to one basis. His food advice, post training advise and constant email advice is very much appreciated. Most of all it is a very friendly atmosphere for some one like me who never thought she would go to a Fitness Camp. In two weeks I have lost 2 Kg. All credit goes to Tom. I love the training sessions and each day Tom has a new routine planned so we are not repeating the same stuff, which is great. Thanks Tom. Keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: I joined Fit Camp 16 months ago, at a time when I was feeling tired, up & down mentally and suffering from middle aged spread, due to hitting the Big M head on! I've always done some form of exercise but hadn't for a few months and needed something to get me back into it. After my trial week , I was hooked and still absolutely love it! The classes are hard but Tom makes sure they're varied and fun, and is great at making you challenge yourself. I've always been a reasonably healthy eater but now, it's a permanent way of life. I'm healthier , fitter, stronger and amazed at what I'm capable of physically , and have met some great people, who I now count as friends
