Fantastic experience: Good place to learn boxing, experienced trainers and pub underneath the gym. Overall, is a good place to visit for a drink in the pub or to learn boxing.

Fantastic experience: Amazing. My. Son and his friends go here to learn boxing. I went for my first lesson, post chemo, post radiation, bones aching, I needed to feel. Stronger. And I came out feeling invincible. Will is a really patient but firm instructor. He seemed to know how much I could take and I really enjoyed moving around the ring. Empowering and a great cardio. Also incredible for enhancing focus and eventually self defence. Thr gym had a raw, authentic, no frills l, pure fight, feel and the soundtrack is awesome to fight to/move to. I left in high spirits and can't wait to go back!
