Fantastic experience: Took my 14 month old grandson swimming,for the 1st time family pool not child structured like burgess hill. But in its favour it is alot quieter than burgess hill, which was a good thing.

Positive experience: I just use the Dolphin for swimming. The reception staff are excellent and always remember us. The pool is good. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the showers and toilets in the members area. The floors always look ok but the toilets and inside the shower cubicles are very unpleasant, and they seem to get worse every visit.

Positive experience: The Health Suite Needs a pool Heater and the Hot Tub actually needs more Heat in their, the showers in the Changing rooms are not powerful enough either, the sauna and Steam room are good and the Dolphin is in a good location for Hayward’s Heath they just needs to sort these things out

Positive experience: Good general centre, where I had booked a swim session. I have used the gym before, and it is well equipped and you can generally get out of your session what you want. Today was a swim. I attended same time last week, and it was quiet then and the pool had 3 'lanes' - a slow lane, a fast lane and the broadest part for general swimming. Today it was busier yet there was another lane. You could either swim in the slow, fast or very fast (?) lane. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to why the number of lanes is different from one week to the next, much in keeping with what happened pre COVID. Still, I was able to complete my swim as I had hoped. The showers are nice and hot, not too hot. The changing rooms, lockers and showers have been recently updated and they are nice, though there are still a lot of cubicles with broken locks. Still, a good overall enjoyable session, and I would recommend this centre.

Fantastic experience: I started 3 weeks ago and since then I’m hooked. I took advantage of the ‘no joining fee’ promo and I was lucky to get another 15% discount from working in NHS. I visit at least 4-5 times a week and I recommend you come in early in the morning because it is less crowded. You can also download their mobile app and book sessions like yoga, cycling, swimming or other activities that you might be interested of.

Fantastic experience: This weekend we held the British Open Championship at the Dolphin Centre. The staff were brilliant ... everyone of them helpful and attentive to any request we made of them. They were cheerful and welcoming .... well done Team Dolphin well lead by Andy and Sarah . Would recommend using the Dolphin to anyone ... brilliant

Fantastic experience: I've been here for a few parties for my children that have always been excellent. My review though it's for swimming in the junior pool. It can sometimes be a bit busy but not enough that it isn't not enjoyable. Great place to teach your kids how to swim

Fantastic experience: The Dolphin has a range of facilities and fitness classes for people of all abilities. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, there's plenty of parking, and the opening hours mean the majority of people can get to the centre at some point in their day whatever crazy schedule they may keep.
