All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and give constant support during sessions. I have lost just over three stone , and have learned how to live my life to sustain this. Fantastic experience: The performance project is perfect for me. Through my sessions I've found the best way for me to exercise. The team are 100% in every way, friendly, professional and expert. Even through lockdown I never felt as though my "gyming" stopped because they offered so many excellent alternatives and encouragement. I love the personal training set up as well as the friendly supportive atmosphere the PP offer.

Fantastic experience: I’ve joined gyms in the past and went for a week or 2 then just stopped going but never stopped my membership , but with TPP they keep you motivated and interested and are always on hand to support you , and keep you focus on your goals . The gym itself is constantly improving with new equipment and updating the facilities . The booking app couldn’t be simpler to use . I’ve seen first hand how there clients have improved whether it be weight loss or gaining muscle and strength. I can’t recommend highly enough. I’ve recommended a lot of family and friends all of them are still going and improved there lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: I joined PERFORMANCE PROJECT in May of 2016 on a months trial and basically have never left! I cannot say enough about this gym, the professionalism, the knowledge, the attention to you and your abilities and most of all how the gym has transformed me. I cannot recommend highly enough that you try the performance project and see it for yourselves, trust me you won’t regret it

Invariably you are welcomed when you arrive, and the atmosphere is relaxed whilst remaining focused on your training. This was a great find, so pleased I joined.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended - I can’t fault anything about this gym. The people, support, community and facilities are all fantastic. After years of thinking I could ‘go it alone’ with no guidance and consistency and seeing no results, I joined The Performance Project, initially on a 10 week intensive weight loss programme then as a regular member. Having the structure, consistency and guidance meant I was no longer ‘making it up as I went along’. Since joining my health and fitness has improved significantly, I’ve lost 20kg as well as gaining strength and endurance which I couldn’t be more pleased about! Overall very positive experience!

Fantastic experience: I am loving being a member of the Performance Project. I am noticing amazing results after such a short time. You really do get 1 to 1 treatment in a group setting so you can relax knowing that the session is tailored to you but that you have the encouragement of your trainer and the group behind you. The facilities are incredible and the trainer's are outstanding. Really recommend anyone to give it a go.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at mainstream gyms before but never stayed as motivated as I have whilst being a member at The Performance Project. The small group personal training is the perfect blend of assisted weight training but without that sometimes awkwardness of one-to-one training. The trainers are super knowledgeable and they are happy to support you as much or as little as you would like. The classes are also highly recommended and they are unlimited - if you survive!

Fantastic experience: A unique and outstanding gym with a dedicated, supportive team of coaches. I have been training at the performance project for approximately 4 years now and continue to gain in strength and confidence. The training facilities at the performance project are high quality and the coaches have a scientific, no- nonsense approach to nutrition and exercise. This combo alongside the supportive community vibe, that coaches and members have, make the performance project a unique and outstanding place to train. Their client results are testament to the coaches skill, dedication and their holistic approach to personal training.

Fantastic experience: If you want to stay on track with fitness and nutrition and train in a spacious clean gym, this is the place to come! The team are great and look after you from day one and always make you feel welcome whether you go twice or 5 times a week. The small group training is excellent with a professional trainer taking you through each move. No matter what your ability or strength the team will tailor the session to suit you and keep you motivated. You will certainly feel good after a training session here. On a personal note, the team have looked after me after I was injured and have taken the time to plan alternative exercises to help me through. Highly recommend The Performance Project.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been an online client with The Performance Project for over 6 months. I’d recommend them to anyone who is serious about getting the most from their time in the gym. When I started there I was new to everything, having basically been an avoider of all forms of exercise since school. (I’m now in my late 30s). I’d always wanted to enjoy the gym and do weight training, but I didn’t want to be one of those people who spends endless hours lifting weights whilst seeing zero changes. My PT there is Harry, who has been excellent. He has taken a completely holistic view of my training – so I weigh in daily, send him weekly progress photos, record my diet on the myfitnesspal app, record all my workouts and also feed back any other info about what’s going on in my life. From this info, he can tweak the training and the calories according to my goals. It’s a really sophisticated approach far, far away from what you’d get from a standard gym PT (who will, typically, offer only the most sketchy advice about nutrition) or any other online PT (who will be offering standard ‘12 week / 8 week’ packages). I think the Performance Project recognise that not everyone’s plans can or should be accommodated in a specified time period – they’re willing to give you the time you deserve to get the results you will (hopefully) earn. There’s a level of commitment necessary but it doesn’t feel restrictive of everyday life – there are no ‘written in stone’ diet plans or timed meals. They have worked out my calories, protein requirements etc and as long as I meet those things then I can find foods that I enjoy. Within reason, and as long as you put the work in, it’s flexible and realistic. Speaking of commitment, there’s a great level of dedication from them also. Just because you’re an online client, does not mean you will not get full attention from these guys. I can contact Harry any time (that’s 7 days) and always get really great in-depth, prompt answers to my questions. I don’t know where I’d be in my training without their support as every week I have lots of questions. Also, the accountability of having a third party watch your diet and training so closely really focuses the mind and ensures you don’t slip into bad habits. I’m enjoying my training and have been seeing real results. It’s gratifying that friends of mine (some of whom didn’t know I’d been going to the gym) have been asking what I’ve been doing to experience these physical changes. I’m really pleased I contacted The Performance Project and, if you’re considering it as well, my only advice would be to go for it – you won’t find a better fitness company.
