Frogmore Leisure Centre

Fantastic experience: Friendly gym and instructors, always willing to answer questions. Yes it's not all bright lights and ultra shinny new equipment, but weights lift, equipment moves and get the chance to sit in the steam room after! I'm currently PTing with MONIQUE SIMONS after asking which PT might be best for my let's say challenging aray of issues. I asked for hard core and push my limits and after a couple of sessions geting to know me and my bodies limitations - Monique knocked it out of the park today for me! Yeah to sledges, battle ropes and slam balls ! oh and TRX ideas I'd never known existed!!

Fantastic experience: Went and played badminton tonight. The staff were friendly and helpful. The court was ready when we arrived and it wasn't crowded.

Positive experience: Used Frogmore Leisure Centre for a game or two of badminton. Good booking system and quite reasonable prices. Only problem is some of the back wall is white in colour so a bit difficult to spot the shuttlecock to start with. So might be easier with yellow shuttlecocks. Staff are friendly and helpful too.

Fantastic experience: Quite a nice 3g pitch however it is 9-a-side pitch with smaller 7-a-side pitches.

Positive experience: Small lesiure centre within a school, gym and spa very modern.

Positive experience: Modern gym with plenty of equipment but gym is generally fairly quiet.. Pity no swimming pool. Parking can be a problem as centre is fairly busy.

Positive experience: Very good equipment and classes it's just the fact that you are fined if you cannot make it to a booked class even though the class is not fully booked.

Fantastic experience: Frogmore leisure centre is a good , you have a dozen running, stepping, cycle machines and 3 row machines. Alot of different weights and upper and lower body workout machines. There is a squash court indoor court. Outdoor areas. Spa sauna and steam room. Burning many calories.

Positive experience: Location wise- great for anyone in the Farnborough/Camberley area. Ref. the 3G pitches: The surface does vary from time to time as I often come home shedding the tiny black rubber balls they use in the surface from my boots. This doesn't seem to happen with other 3G surfaces.

Positive experience: Everyone active has a wide choice of classes to choose from everyday of the week. The gym provides everything I need. At peak times it can be busy but everyone is really nice and helpful if you need it

Positive experience: Good 3G astro pitch that has been recently updated. Sports hall facilities are clean and everything you'd expect is there. good set of grass pitches at the back of the facility but a little hard to find and very muddy in winter.

Positive experience: Excellent gym and spa. Has just been refurbished.
