Ibiza health retreat was the right balance of beautiful surroundings with challenging workouts and delicious food. And their wheyless vanilla protein is my personal favourite Can't go wrong!

Fantastic experience: Kyle trained me for just over 6 months last year - his knowledge in both fitness and nutrition enabled me to significantly reduce my body fat and improve my muscle muscle mass. I felt incredible and looked the best I have ever done. Was great working with him.

Fantastic experience: Easily the most delicious protein I've tried, the vegan range is perfect for my dairy intolerance and it's so pure. I use the shaker every day - the perfect workout water bottle too. If the quality of their protein and style is anything to go by, their retreats next year are going to be unreal!! Can't wait.

Hard work, but you would expect that but was also enjoyable as there was so much variety and it was fun to do. Their chef was amazing, food incredible. Inthekin's passion for fitness and well being is effortless as it is their lifestyle and what they believe in.

Fantastic experience: I have known Kyle for more than 4 years now as a PT. I love his protein shakes and would definitely recommend it. I have tried many protein shakes but somehow didn't suit me. Can't wait to try his vegan protein. Healthy wishes to Kyle and his team.

Fantastic experience: Have known Kyle for almost a year and did 6 months PT with him. I found him to be knowledgeable and encouraging. I can highly recommend his KIN protein as to be fair it's much nicer then the cheaper Amazon stuff and you can tell the difference. Worth the extra cash if your committed to working out properly and efficiently. I will catch up again with Kyle and look forward to renewing my training. Wish I had the time to do a retreat.

Fantastic experience: I recently went on one of the KIN fitness retreats in Ibiza. The whole week was an incredible experience. Great trainers, delicious food, beautiful villa and amazing team of people. Plus the KIN cookies and cream whey protein is so tasty!
