Fantastic experience: The best gym in the West Midlands. It is run by a very knowledgeable owner who cares about his members and who offers a lot of helpful tips on training. He also happens to be a real gentleman too. This gym is very old skool like how gyms were back in the 80's and 90's. You will NOT find any Instagram selfie wannabees or social media addicts, big ego heads or show offs who are just out to impress people online, which is what you will find in a lot of the gyms these days. Only serious gym goers come here to train and get results. They are very friendly and welcoming here and as a woman who has been harassed in other gyms previously, I can tell you now that you wont get that happening in this gym. No one stares at you or cares about what you look like because everyone else is busy with their training and getting the best out of their sessions. If anything, the members help each other out because it is a community here. Thank you Muscle and Fitness gym for making this woman feel so at home and helping me get the best out of my training sessions everytime.
