Fantastic experience: I joined the gym nearly year ago wanting to get fit and shed a few pounds loved that it’s a female only gym I am now on the 12 week transformation course looking forward to seeing the results in 12 weeks with all help and surport from maisy and Joey the instructors xx

Fantastic experience: Hi energy has a great selection of equipment, which staff are more than helpful with demonstrating how to use if needed. Staff friendly and approachable which some gyms can be intimidating. Great selection of classes too. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Amazing gym all the staff are very friendly and really helpful, excellent choice of classes the gym is never too busy plus the app on signing up is a great feature you'll never forget you have a gym session or class as it sends reminders (keeps you motivated!)

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym just under 3 weeks ago now after piling weight on in the first lock down and losing all my confidence. Best gym ever. The girls who work there are so friendly and the classes are amazing. I've tried lots of different classes and enjoyed all of them. They are challenging but you definately get results and the girls are so motivational. They have even run a class just for me when there was only me booked on!! Not many places would do that. In 2 weeks I've lost 6.5lbs and I feel amazing although a long way to go. Highly recommend this gym to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I’d always struggled in mixed gender gyms but joining Hi Energy gave me so much confidence to really start working on myself. All the staff are so supportive and approachable, and the gym provides a really relaxed environment where you don’t have to be anxious about anything!

Joined whilst in the month of fasting and Elli was so good at tailoring a plan to suit my situation whilst still motivating me to find the passion that I have for working out again. Fantastic experience: I joined the gym in August last year as I lost my confidence in attending a mixed gender gym. The girls all make you feel so comfortable and show you how to work certain equipment that you’re unsure of. Since starting the gym my fitness has got so much better and I have already lost so much weight from when I started. I also struggle with asthma so I was always concerned about taking part in classes however they let you take it at your own pace and are completely non-judgemental, I also feel as though my breathing has significantly improved. I am so glad I joined the gym as it hasn’t only improved my fitness but it has also improved my self-confidence. I am comfortable to attend the gym on my own and use equipment I would’ve been wary of before. All the staff are great and will consistently go the extra mile to help you reach your targets.

Fantastic experience: I joined Hi Energy after being at my old gym for 13 years and I’m so glad I did. The gym is full of the latest equipment and has everything you could possibly need. The classes are in abundance and there is something for everyone. Don’t think it’s an easy ride though as the instructors work you hard! They are all friendly and encouraging in helping you with your fitness. I haven’t looked back and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Great gym - laid back and friendly atmosphere means your don’t have to worry about being judged. A variety of classes are included in the membership and you can attend as many as you want with helpful staff to keep you motivated :)

Fantastic experience: Only recently joined this gym but staff are so lovely and accommodating. I have a physical illness and I have been asked about it at the gym am getting help to manage this. I love the range of classes and the big open space to feel more comfortable

Fantastic experience: I started high energy gym last year, when I signed up it was all straight forward. I made an induction appointment where I was showed around the gym, the equipment explained to me and also had a work out plan put in place so when I go to gym I have something to work on instead of not knowing what to do. Throughout the work out plan the instructor demonstrated the equipment then watched me also use to equipment to ensure I was doing it correctly, this helped with a lot of anxieties at the gym. It’s a female only gym. They have various classes from morning till evening. The classes offer different exercises including: spin, Zumba, HIIT, legs bums and Tums, yoga, and much more. If you are in doubt about anything the girls are so keen to help and offer reassurance and guidance. I’ve never felt uncomfortable at this gym. There’s so much support to utilise. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Cannot rate this gym enough. The girls are so friendly and helpful and they helped me loose 3 stone during the 12 week transformation. I still have PT with Joey and she really pushes me to do new things and have faith im stronger than I think. The support she gives and time is above and beyond. I even bring my sister on the day passes when shes visiting. She wishes she had this gym in Liverpool.

Fantastic experience: Really lost my confidence going to a mixed gym / doing any exercise at all! The girls are all so lovely and make you feel so empowered and are so supportive in tailoring a specific plan for each individual! Such a large range of classes and their easy to use app makes booking sessions quick and easy!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! I come as a guest when visiting my family in Keighley. It's got such a friendly atmosphere and its never too busy. I go to a big unisex chain gym usually but its always busy and I never have the confidence to try out different stuff like the battle ropes there, but the way it is here you don't feel self-confident. There's always someone on hand to show you how to use equipment you're not used to, with no fuss. My favourite thing is the big tractor tyre to flip, makes you feel like a boss Highly reccomend, wish there was a gym like this near where I live in Liverpool because ite definitely worth the money!

Fantastic experience: An inviting, welcoming and FAB gym. All the staff are so helpful and definitely make you feel at ease and motivated whether it's your first time at a gym or your hundredth! A great range of equipment which you get showed how to use to ensure you do so safely. I highly recommend this gym as it has such a lovely family feel to it

Fantastic experience: I was worried about going back to the gym after lockdown but I had no need too worry, spaces are limited to 15 per session, you have to book in advance and each machine and bit of equipment has to be cleaned after every use, there are cleaning stations and hand sanitisers available. The staff have been very helpful and the atmosphere is extremely pleasant, its a good experience.

Fantastic experience: Hi-Energy is hands down the best gym ever. All the staff are amazing at what they do and are very friendly and approachable. They genuinely care about their members and are always there for you if you need them. All the different memberships are such good value for what you get. Getting a PT was the best decision I made as my outlook towards fitness and food was very unhealthy and she has completely changed that. She has been so patient with me and has helped me to start reaching my goals in a healthy, sustainable way. They are also following all the Covid guidelines so it's a very safe and comfortable environment to be in. It feels like a proper gym family, I would definitely highly recommend it to anyone. You won't find anywhere better.

I’ve tried loads of gyms before and I’ve never managed to get in to them… until now! I actually really look forward to going every day and I never thought I’d say that about a gym. The atmosphere of the gym, the willingness of the staff to help you, everything just adds to this being the best place ever to work out and get in to shape! So pleased I found this gym, keep up the good work ladies!
