For the majority of people, at the start learning a Martial Art can be a little daunting so we run regular starter courses that are aimed as an introduction for people with no training experience to give them a taste of different systems and help them decide which system best suits their needs. The courses are all ran by highly qualified staff with many years real experience in the martial arts.

For the more experienced practitioners we have special fighter only sessions, a competition team and not only high level black belt tuition but regular workshops with some of the worlds best coaches.
