Fantastic experience: Was on holiday in Kendal so popped in for an early morning session. Was really impressed with the great set up and gear they had available. Definitely will go back when next in the area.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting Kendal for the weekend and came to use the gym for a day. What a brilliant space! Clean, tidy, roomy and no shortage of any equipment. The manager and other people there were friendly. I had a brilliant time. If I'm in Kendal again I wouldn't look anywhere else to go for a workout. Plus there was a dog. I love a gym with a dog.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my partner dropped in to this box on Friday and also did a class on Saturday. To say we were impressed was an understatement, not only by the awesome facilities but the warm welcome we received (from staff and members)If you are in the area I highly recommend this box to you. It has something for everyone. If we are in the area again we will 100% be returning.

Fantastic experience: I had my first ever trail crossfit class today. Liam was friendly and helpful. There are TONS of class times and it's a good value for money. Crossfit sounds... intimidating, but honestly walking in (originally through the wrong door) I felt comfortable instantly. If you are hesitant, give it a try, do one class and see how it goes.

Fantastic experience: Popped down here for a couple of drop in sessions whilst my partner and I were holidaying here in the lakes. Wow it is such an awesome gym, all the equipment and space you could want and super clean too. The owners could not have been more friendly and accommodating and just all around a great box to visit. The only problem for me is that it is so far away from home!!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality I visited the lakes with some friends in early September and was looking for a gym to train in whilst spending some time away. I visited Westmorland CrossFit and was amazed with the standard of the facility and how friendly the staff at the box were. Will definitely visit again. Thank you for having us!!

From that point on its was like I’d been a member for years. A great box to spend a few hours and do 20.4

Fantastic experience: Came to do 20.3 open workout, fantastic gym. Good equipment and space, the coach's were so friendly and helpful and free cake after the workout. I have to add they were so flexible in terms of us showing up to complete the workout, cannot rate this box highly enough. Thank you very much guys!
