Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this place enough. Starting with the gym and equipment it's all absolutely spotless. The coach is top draw he passes on his knowledge with ease, his banter makes it a joy to be in the session, The people who train there well from not knowing anyone on our 1st day we slotted in the the crowd straight away it's the 1st gym I've ever been to what doesn't have a clique everyone is so welcoming and friendly Well done guys

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend this gym more! Full of incredible, motivating people who make it a joy to train there week after week. Luke is a brilliant Olympic Weightlifting coach and you can see the time and effort put in to each session with the programming! The conditioning classes run by Lou and Gaz are also fantastic too, and I highly recommend them for all fitness levels!
