Fantastic experience: Good gym also

Positive experience: Plenty of mechanics but has gone down hill since Karl sold gym. No classes and the sauna has been ripped out. Not many of the lockers work

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, great gym. On site there is fantastic Kick boxing venue and beautifully layed out RGBJJ (jiu jitsu club).

Positive experience: This is a great 'no frills' gym. All the equipment you could ever want for a great work out although some of the equipment has seen better days. Usually pretty quiet so never a wait for equipment.

Fantastic experience: Top of the range equipment. All the free weights equipment has been custom made. The only gym in the area to provide high quality equipment to cater for all muscle groups and varied cardio training. the Astro turf on the functional training area is really cool. Great value for money too!
