Fantastic experience: Exellent and friendly staff that go out there way to help wether it's making you a shake. Heating your food up to putting you a required programme together at NO additional cost. All boxing bags and physilitys there to use and classes included. OK it's not the size of Bannatynes but neithers the waiting to use equipment. I've been to most gyms around town and for the money this gym has quality's you won't find anywhere else. A mint £20 a month no contract spent ;)

Fantastic experience: This has been the Foundation of my fitness success. Thanks to the friendly staff and the necessary equipment no gimmicks and straightforward focused exercise. I have exceeded my expectations and I'm currently traveling half an hour to get here every single day.. 5*

Positive experience: The gym has all the necessary machines you would need to workout with. The classes they conduct are good as well. They have no tie ins so you can join and leave at your will. And the prices are the really light on the pockets...
