Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym good rates and loads of equipment

Fantastic experience: Was made to feel very welcome when I went to look around the gym, hence why I went back, very enjoyable and great experience, thankyou Tracey for being so nice and welcoming, would definitely recommend this gym

Positive experience: Staff were friendly, signed up to the 6 month contract but only visited twice. Many machines didn't work, the place was quite dirty too. When it comes to ending the contract and having to deal with Ashbourne Management is the real problem. They are incredibly rude and abrupt. I cancelled my direct debit on the last month but did it before my last payment went out (my mistake). However when I contacted them to make the payment that I had missed, they told me to contact them again next week due to the bank holiday. When I contacted them, they tried to charge me more than double for paying late - even though it was them who told me to pay late!a They were very rude and unprofessional when I challenged them. Sorted now but i would never go back to this gym for this reason.
