Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, attended on my work trip to Portsmouth as it was only £10 for a week membership

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Brilliant equipment, super friendly staff, welcoming. If you have any trouble they're always there to help. From someone who suffers with anxiety it's always a comfortable experience being here. Loads of equipment which cater to everyone who have different abilities/strengths. Highly reccomend!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Bodyworx360 Havant. Having not been in a gym for over 10 years I was really apprehensive going back into a gym environment. The owner and PT's are really friendly, always willing to help tweak a workout and help you reach your goals. Even when the gym has been busier I have been able to find quiet spaces to warm up and cool down stretch. The ladies changing rooms are clean and comfortable and have their own sauna, locker area & hairdryer. Parking is located at the rear and you can access the gym through the back door with out having to walk through the shopping precinct. Pop in and see them if your unsure of how the gym can work for you, everyone is always happy to discuss this with you. There are lots of membership options.

Fantastic experience: Very warm and friendly gym environment! Gym staff are friendly and happy to help with your every need. The members that frequent this gym are also friendly and add to the “fitness family” experience. There’s a great selection of weights and machines. The gym is well divided into appropriate exercise areas, the main weights area and cardio machines are downstairs. Upstairs has a circuit and a spin studio with great equipment and plenty of space to break a sweat in. Changing rooms (complete with showers and saunas), and a smaller exercise area are also upstairs.

Fantastic experience: Love it ... the trainers are so kind everyone is amazingly nice makes you feel so welcome would highly reccomend I'm a bigger girl and they make me have no worries about my size and that I can do it they have amazing showers sauna and free lockers

Fantastic experience: Since reopening on the 25th, I am so impressed with what Heidi and the team have done to make the gym ‘Covid safe’. Everything is extremely clean and the systems have been very carefully thought through. It is clear to see that a lot of time and effort has gone in to ensure the gym can reopen in a safe manner. Love Bodyworx - very helpful staff and great members!

Fantastic experience: The best place to keep fit and at the same time you can join another family of new friends. The whole atmosphere is casual yet professional. Nobody to intimidate you around the weights area, as many treadmills and bikes as you would need even on a busy hour and great variety of classes in the studio where the groups are joined by all positive minded people. Thumbs up and greetings to the best Manager - Mr Patrick!

Fantastic experience: Awesome place, the gym is amazing and it feels great to work out there, Patrick is very friendly and always smiling! Lots of machines and weights for serious weight-lifters and a good amount of cardio machines for the cardio folks, best gym in Havant.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this gym. There is a huge variety of classes to suit everyone's ability and interests and the gym itself is very well equipped. There are always friendly trainers around to give advice and tips. The manager Patrick will bend over backwards to accommodate everyone's needs and makes a real effort to learn the name of each client and what their personal goals are. For the amount of care and attention you receive as a member of this gym, I would expect to pay a lot more for a membership- really great value for money!

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to get a sneak preview of the Bodyworx 360 gym in Havant today. Building work is ongoing as it is due to open in June. It looks brilliant with exposed brick walls, awesome lighting and a huge space, it's going to be one of the best gyms in the area.
