There's so many reasons why people go to the gym, from wanting to feel better when they look in the mirror, to seeing how far they can push their bodies, to doing it because it will improve their mental and physical state. Everyone is individual and everyone has different goals they want to achieve, whether that is lowering body fat, building muscle or getting fit for a certain event, all journeys are different.
