Fantastic experience: I have been using the gym on an off since its opening year I believe. In all that time have never crossed one ego apart from my own and that'll soon be checked in a friendly manner.lol Positive atmosphere and family feel unlike big gyms no one speaks.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality One of the best equiped gyms in the area with a great atmosphere run by a succesful bodybuilder in his own right Gary jones who has a wealth of knowledge whether you want to build muscle, lose body fat or make weight as a fighter.

Fantastic experience: Great place to get some proper work done

Positive experience: Great spot to train. Full of machines and free weights with decent cardio selection too. Catered more towards commercial/ body building but can get all training styles done there. Gav was very welcoming and helpful. The place was clean, stuff was where it should be and no machines were out of use. The only issue is the car parking. If you're spending even £20 a month there (not sure what membership is) it's roughly 2 pound for 2 hours parking. That adds up over a month and you could end up spending over 60 a month total. Shame about that, other than that one issue, spot on

I thoroughly enjoy working out here. Highly recommend joining regardless of ability. Also they have the best Gym Pug.. Bow

Fantastic experience: Great free weight gym with plenty of additional machines and aerobic equipment. The guys who run it are really approachable and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is of camaraderie and encouragement rather than massive egos that I've experienced in other gyms. Good changing facilities and open early too!

Fantastic experience: Everything you need, run by very experienced decent people. You can buy ur protein, ur pre trainer, and ur gym clothing all in the same place. Highly recommended.
