Fantastic experience: Topsy and Lisa always make the sessions enjoyable (despite the sweat and tears!). Great workout every time. Absolutely no hesitation in giving 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Topsy and the team are amazing coaches. Willing to both meet you where you are in your fitness journey and then stretch you towards your goals. The sessions are fun, hard work and effective. I’ve tried lots of different fitness approaches (gyms, cross fit, online etc) and working with innovations Fitness is the only one that has stuck. Thanks Topsy!

Fantastic experience: The bootcamps on offer are fantastic with such a range - Spartan Fit, Bootcamp, Beginner's Bootcamp, Buggy Bootcamp, C25K - something for everyone and at all times of day. Both Topsy and Lisa are engaging, fun and no session is ever the same. A range of options given so truly great for all fitness levels. Have also had PT sessions with IF and can highlight recommend. Sessions are absolutely tailored to you and your needs. Not just great for physical health; the social side is phenomenal and really kept me going through lockdown. They also do great weekends away. I just completed the 3 Peaks Challenge with them. Exceptional organisation and a high level of care taken towards all involved. I strongly recommend giving them a go.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Lisa & Topsy. I've been working with Lisa & Topsy, on a one to one basis, come rain or shine at 0700 in the Park, for the last few months. During that time I've definitely improved my all round fitness, especially my strength, stamina and energy levels. I've also reduced body fat (still plenty more to go!), and increased my muscle mass. I don't believe I would have made these gains without their help. I've continued to learn about exercise techniques, nutrition and am now able to do exercises that I never thought possible as I passed 50. I plan to continue working with them to build on my current fitness gains. Not only are they great trainers they are great friends too. I've worked with other good personal trainers in the past, but rate Lisa Saunders & Topsy at number 1 and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking health and fitness improvements.
