I've been training here for 4 years with Leila, shes helped me achieve excellent results and continues to go above & beyond to suit my needs for training days & times as i work long hrs. Best trainer ivr ever had, would highly recommend this gym and of course this trainer, especially l f you're a lady who prefers to be trained by a female. Great packages n prices. Fantastic experience: Great gym - visited the gym through a pass with two friends whilst staying at the Radisson Blu. Very accommodating staff and made us feel very welcome. Great facilities for a workout and good environment to train in.

Fantastic experience: Ultimate Fitness is in my opinion the best gym in Birmingham without a doubt. It has very clean facilities including changing rooms, and showers. They have a shop selling supplements and also Kangen water. Lots of very new equipment too including Assault bike and some amazing leg kit! If you're looking for a great atmosphere, decent music, top quality kit and overall a great place to train this is the place to be!

Fantastic experience: If your looking for a gym to excite you then ultimate fitness is the place to train. Ultimate fitness is a registered hammer strength gym with alot of equipment. Not only plate loaders machine there but a wide range of cable & free weights too. A large variety of cardio equipment. A separate studio on the roof top for hire or to use as a private area. There is also a roof top section for outdoor workouts In the sun. The reception are has a large protein/health section with a wide variety of supplements, drinks & food. You will not be disappointed. UFB❤️

Fantastic experience: What can I say about UFB, basically you can watch videos, see posts, pictures but to really know what UFB is you have to come to UFB. The equipment is the best on the market, the owner Simon Fan has been in the Bodybuilding, fitness, industry many years and over the years had built a amazing gym. I recommend it . Fantastic experience: Really Good gym. Friendly Place. Excellent machines and free Weights. Made of 3 levels. Better machines than any I've seen in other gyms ie. Lots of hammer strength etc. Clearly a choice of a lot of serious people but is definstely not intimidating.

You just don’t get all that in other gyms in my opinion. Also they constantly re-invest for their members, always new toys to play with !!

Fantastic experience: One of, if not the best gym in Birmingham. It’s like a playground with so much equipment on offer. If you can’t find the equipment you need for your goal, then it probably doesn’t exist. The guys that run the gym are super friendly and helpful, anytime you need help with a particular exercise or piece of equipment then they are more than happy to help out. And a great selection of PTs to choose from should you need specific guidance or training. And did I mention they have a rooftop where you can train?

Fantastic experience: Good amount of equipment, unique equipment which is well maintained and staff is friendly and willing to help. The gym's atmosphere gives you high motivation. It has an amazing rooftop workout floor as well. Happy to be a member.

Fantastic experience: I don't really write reviews but this gym is a real good gym. Its a gym that encourages you to train even harder. No riffraff , great staff. Not for the faint hearted. Machines are brilliant, see results dramatically. Keep it up people.

Fantastic experience: Trained here many times .. live this gym although the women's gym area needs a 're vamp.. some equipment does not work.. and others old therefore difficult to train. Showers are a no go. But staff are amazingly friendly and well presented and make you feel very welcome.

Fantastic experience: Lovely place nice atmosphere si was very pleasant too (owner) so much equipment you get lost on what to use ...a real body builders gym .but so much other equipment too for every aspect of fitness ... Even got hairdryers and straighteners in ladies toilets ...
