Fantastic experience: A massive Thankyou to haroon who has made me feel welcomed since my first day of joining the gym. He has been my pt for 5 months now and I honestly couldn’t ask for anyone better! I really appreciate all the effort and time he has spent on helping me on my fitness journey and always going above and beyond. With his support I have reached goals That I thought would be impossible which has transformed me not just physically but mentally in a positive way. I can see rewarding results and gains which has made me much more confident within myself. Definitely an indispensable asset to the gym group team :)

Fantastic experience: I would like to recommend Haroon at Haytch Fitness. He is one of the best personal trainers out there. He is loyal and dedicated to his clients- and deeply invests in each one of them. After taking his advice, I managed to lose a significant amount of weight and I'm so so happy. Losing weight is not just about making changes to your eating and fitness, it's about a complete lifestyle change, that's what Haroon teaches. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: (Review is based off my personal experience with another member of staff) Stephanie Thompson is a great PT, if not perfect. My personal experience is that I have never been to gym, never used any gym equipment nor have considered learning new machines and trying them out due to failure and fear. However.. Stephanie has been a great mentor but an even better friend, she has taught me how to use machines correctly, took my diet into consideration, taught me new techniques and tricks, made sure I was comfortable and learning throughout our sessions. I am extremely satisfied with her service and would recommend her to anyone who has any level of experience in the gym.

Fantastic experience: Gym with lot of machines for do exercise, it has more than one machine per muscle, lots for running, cycling and rowing. It has two floors, good bathrooms, they offer water and now with Covid19 they have cleaning products everywhere. It is in the city centre so it's perfect for most of the people that live around Birmingham. Totally recommended and the price is really good.

Fantastic experience: This was my first month at this gym and I felt my previous gym was holding me back. When I tried to reach my goal by going the extra mile I was told ‘don’t push yourself too hard’ and ‘don’t test your body’s limit’ which was quite disappointing as I was paying quite a lot for the membership. But transferring to the gym and getting a booking with Mo has definitely made me reverse my judgement on pt’s and I can recommend Mo to anyone who has gained that lockdown weight and wants to take action you will get what you pay for with the professionalism, the advice and the calmness in the support he provided. Will definitely get more bookings in!

Fantastic experience: It's Affordable and Clean. It has everything you need to stay fit and healthy. There is also clearly a judgement free and friendly environment. Also if you're looking at personal trainers I highly recommend Mo he is great.

Positive experience: Compared to my local gym, this gym is so much bigger and has a plethora of equipment. Some off the equipment and mats look like they've seen better days, but nevertheless they get thet job done. My only con is the taps in the changing room are dirty and has stains on top, it would be better if they had sensor motioned taps. It takes me 45 minutes to walk to this gym, and its worth it.

Fantastic experience: My friend who lives in Birmingham attend this Gym, he is read "1930 Onwards Obesity was Unheard Of" by Dale Quentin and this book encouraged him to take up fitness, and changing his eating habits worked wonders.

Fantastic experience: Located right in the city centre perfect for people living near by really enjoy working out at this gym although it does get really busy some times but if you come at the right times you get to use all the apporaators you want!!

Anita showed me around and she was very encouraging, informative and friendly. The gym was very clean with good equipment and I will definitely be joining.
