Fantastic experience: Clean, tidy and the trainers are nice. They do not judge beginners that I have seen :) As a beginner myself it was nice to feel safe

It’s clean, lots of equipments, staff are polite and active, always there to make the gym look tidy by picking up weights and putting them down in the right place. Within Birmingham City Centre, this is by far the best PureGym in the area! Highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I found the staff very friendly and willing to help you if your not sure how to use the facilities. They have showers and drinking fountain. It's busy before work, lunch, and after work, but not so busy in between.

Fantastic experience: I have joined the "Puregym Snow Hill" not long ago. It was a huge change for me as I have never done any form of sport exercises before. The Gym itself is at good localization and with friendly environment. I knew, that without an expert it won't work. I have had to choose a qulified Personal Trainer. After searching for best recommnedation I found Lukasz Dabrowski. I am massively greatfull for all his teaching and explanations of healthy life style throught the sport. We have been focusing mainly on heavy lifting etc. Every aspect of my life has changed. My body became toned and very very strong! My daily mood and health improved. My posture and confidence became better. I realize that the sport and healthy eating is a fundamental purpose of life. Everyone who knows Lukasz, know that he is also very motivational and gives you this power to push more further. I will recommend to every one who is thinking of starting their journey with sport and healthy life style to know that Lukasz Dabrowksi is a fenomenal Personel Trainer and will definitley change your life for better. Thank you again for an amazing experience.

Positive experience: This is a great place to have a decent workout. I try not to be negative in my reviews but I only go on what I see. Unfortunately even though there are signs for people to wear face coverings or masks when people are moving around from equipment to equipment many are ignoring this. Which is a shame. A plus point is that many are still wiping their equipment down before and after they've used it. The staff are generally good. However there are one or two who are quite happy to leave or ignore any untidy areas even though they walk past them more than a few times. But I'm there to workout and it's what I pay my membership for. And I can't complain about the price and what I get for it.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Multiple equipments, you don't have to wait for anyone. Good support staff. 24 hours access. Has an underground parking place though I think it's paid parking. Great location.

Fantastic experience: The third gym I've been a member of and the best by far. Only minor complaint is that the changing rooms aren't quite big enough/laid out most effectively. Otherwise facilities are great and the trainers are brilliant - friendly and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, good equipment. Every part of muscle group can be done there, the only negative thing about this gym is that is always packed. I went before and after work. To see when it is less busy. But it's always packed. Great to see so many people being active! Keep it up guys.

Fantastic experience: Lovely building. Free weights area is small in comparison to five ways but it's really nicely built and designed. Changing rooms are quite luxurious considering what you pay.

Fantastic experience: I used to regularly go to Pure gym on Broad Street but have since stopped now that this gym has opened. I was so fed up with the one on Broad Street, the staff there just seemed so lackadaisical and clearly looked like they didn't want to be there. The weights rubber grips had been torn and ripped and they didn't replace them for so long (not sure if it has been replaced now). The weights were just left lying around everywhere and it was always a job to go around and find the ones that you needed. The irony is that they have so much staff and half of them are just walking around in lala land and not doing anything to clear up the areas that the inconsiderate people used. Now this gym is the complete antithesis of it's sister gym, its rather hard to believe that they are part of the same company, the staff here are on the ball. They are always tidying up and wiping down the equipment, which is rather refreshing to see when I remember what it was like in the other one. There are 2 floors to this gym, just like the one on Broad Street albeit it's smaller than it's sister. On the ground floor is the free weights section with all the usual stuff, what's interesting to note is that this gym has 2 Smith machines compared to the 1 lone one over at Broad Street. Upstairs is where all the cardiovascular machines and resistance machines are, even at peak times there are always some machines available. Some differences to note between this gym and it's sister in terms of equipment. This gym has 2 types of stepper machines, the paddle one and a stairmaster type one, whereas it's sister only has the paddle one. There are 2 performance treadmills which are good for athleticism, while it's sister has none. This gym unfortunately does not have all the resistance machines that it's sister does but it has enough. If I remember correctly, it's missing the standing hip machine and the back extension (I'm sure these can be substituted with different exercises). It does however have the pronating hamstring machine which it's sister lacks. So to summarise, it's an excellent gym in a very central location (just round the corner from the station) with everything that you could possibly need to reach whatever goal you have.
