Fantastic experience: Used the battle ropes and punching bag today... wow it's a workout. As awesome as it felt, i believe we could do with a new punching bag.

Fantastic experience: Clean equipment and facilities which is a priority for me, expansive set up, 24/7 access with convenient monitoring of how many people are there through their app. Would highly recommend it you're looking for a reasonably priced gym

Fantastic experience: Really well stocked women's space, spacious studio for stretching, and of course a very well stocked general gym. Women's changing area really clean as well.

Fantastic experience: Recently went back to the gym in Digbeth. Me and my friend had some issue with the multi gym access. But Jimmy the manager was very helpful. Took time out to check what the issue was further. True professionalism shown, will definitely use the gym more regularly to others closest by.

Fantastic experience: Of all the gym groups in the country (and I’ve been to most of them), this is by far the best. The perfect mix of old school weight machines and new school racks. It seemed every time I thought of a machine, it was there. Hack squat, seat calf raise, lying leg press. And once you’ve finished there, get upstairs on one of the 20 treadmills. I hope the gym group reads this and takes note. Your other gyms need a lesson from Bordesley Green.
