Fantastic experience: Very good council run sports centre. Coffe is dreadful though but it's not why you'd go there.

Positive experience: Staff are nice and the facilities are good. But the pool temperature is too cold, kids lips turn blue when they're in there and it really doesn't make you want to stay for long... Toilets in the pool changing area need a good deep clean! Swimming Pool floor also needs a good clean. Like the place, but could be so much better.

Fantastic experience: Can I just say. What a great place. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Receptionist was very helpful. My daughter did her Stage one swimming lessons there. The instructor was incredible. Everything was immaculate. Great service.

Fantastic experience: First time at the pool with my granddaughter,was met with a warm welcome Enough people in the pool and nice to have floating rings and other things.covid rules were good.Every thing was clean. We can't wait to come back,thank you,and a nice good bye on the way out as well .

Fantastic experience: Lovley walk but don't make the same mistake as we did.... You need to put a pair of shoes in your boot to walk around in because whatever you wear will be caked in bird droppings... Big mistake not to take this advice

Positive experience: Back here for the first time since covid last March for a free swim for over 60s on Fridays. So only 20 p for your locker to pay. Went for a coffee after but cafe closed due to staff shortages and both coffee/ tea machines not working.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a Fishing Rod through the amazon website, unfortunately the fishing rod didn't turn up (due to being lost in the post), within 3 working days of enquiring about this, I received a new rod AND a new complimentary reel in the post. Great Customer Service, very pleased.

Fantastic experience: Have been a member of the lakeside since it was built and it's a really good for all ages other than the swimming pool theres a gym and plenty of different types of classes for all ages. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Instructors are excellent - I did body pump and really enjoyed the class, the instructor talked us through every track, giving clear instructions.

Fantastic experience: My first time was amazing the food was great and my uncle Ron took his kid in the play area never saw jimmy smile like that ever the water was so relaxing and the inflatable was so much fun also on a Thursday it's free half 5 to half 6 I know crazy
