Fantastic experience: I really like this spot. It can get busy around the usual times. But off peak is decent. Plenty of machines and a lot of friendly people in the gym who will spot you if you need. Drinks are alright as well. Really affordable as well

Positive experience: It has almost everything in the matter of all equipments and also the new different ones they got. Vibe is good here.

Fantastic experience: Can't argue for the price, can be busy after work but better in the morning before work. Equipment is always in good working condition unlike other 'premium' gyms in Chester

Special mention goes out to Tom Adams, who is at the heart and soul do the gym, and always goes out of his way to make every member feel comfortable, welcome and part of a community. Visiting other gyms makes you realise Tom makes such a difference in creating a warm and friendly environment that is so essential to overcome gym anxiety! And the classes put you through your paces, but you always feel supported!

Fantastic experience: Great environment especially early in the morning only about 30 people in. But avoid when it's at the 100+ point as it is a waiting game for equipment.

Fantastic experience: This gym is very spacious, cardio upstairs and weights etc.. downstairs. Ive never seen so many machines available in one gym, all this for a great price! I would highly recommend.

Positive experience: I have been at this gym approximately 3 years now and for the money it is very good value. The gym could benefit from a couple of new Olympic bars as some are bent. A few more pairs of 20kg plates for peak periods when the gym in busy would also be useful. Another squat rack with a solid wooden platform would be great too. Squatting in the other squat racks under cushioned floor increases likelihood of injury.

Fantastic experience: Really nice gym....clean. quiet for the time I went and everyone seemed respectful of others personal space. Clearly run well and looked after. Was extremely refreshing.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. It's huge and has several of everything you could want for a workout. Free weights go up to 50kg. The only negative about it is that it's quite busy. Extremely so after work, around the 4pm to 7:30pm, then starts to quieten down after that.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. Is open 24/7 and there's enough equipment in there to accommodate everyone at peak times. £20 a month is quite a small price to pay for a good gym like this.

Fantastic experience: All the equipment you could need for a full body workout. Showers, lockers and changing rooms included. Own lock needed. There is a fairly large free weight section, a whole floor of cardio equipment such as rowing machines and treadmills and a wide range of wire machines on entry. Spinning room and a general class workout room. Places for stretching with classes every day.

Fantastic experience: Cleaning sprays and tissue are everywhere in any other gym so why not here people should clean after them selves and staff are always looking after the gym and cleaning but these type of things should be available for members as well to clean equipment before use , i think Hygiene is a priority in this type of business other than that a great gym for a great price

Fantastic experience: 24/7 gym. Classes seem lit. You can park here. There's a McDonald's and a KFC for when you decide you've had enough healthy torture and want to go back to your nice old self. 5/5 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I'm a practicing insomniac so like to train with like minded people didn't realise that there are so many of us! It's relatively quiet at stupid o'clock but never empty. Apparently it gets too busy at peek periods. Equipment is good quality and staff very friendly
