Unique fitness centre - Boxing & K1- Kickboxing gym

Fantastic experience: Went for the first time last week, I thought it would be really scary as I didn’t know what I was doing. However, as soon as we started, Matt (the trainer) was so kind, helpful and made me not feel stupid when I couldn’t remember the sequences. Really recommend if you want to build confidence and lose weight, it was great fitness. Look forward to going back again.

Fantastic experience: Just joined, really friendly very well stocked gym,and really clean, find it helpful for a well balanced work out to have the gym and the floor space to stretch and work out on the punch bags.

His work ethic is tough and his approach to the sport is incredibly diverse. Unique is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing family gym, and run by a lovely family It's not like being part of a gym once you step through the doors it's your own new family GYM FAMILY Coaches are absolutely amazing and will adapt any training for individual needs Matt and Saira the owners of Unique especially I say this because they both train me But also I've seen all other coaches in action They are amazing at training all age groups And don't worry about age if you feel to old to box/train because you're not they don't favour age or Male or Female There's ladies classes run by Saira which are fantastic Adult classes to which is run by Matt himself with other coaches alongside him Pop in and have a chat You will get in amazing shape here

Extremely friendly and professional environment. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: My son was included and made welcome at his first session. He has dyspraxia, joint hypermobility and learning difficulties, so he struggles to coordinate his body. Matt listened and took everything on board, and helped him to join in with what all the other kids were doing. I could see that all the kids were really burning off some energy and having a lot of fun at the same time. The whole group seemed extremely friendly and encouraging. I saw older kids helping and encouraging younger kids, which was great to see. A great time for boys and girls to have fun, make friends and let off some steam.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Caters to all ability levels from beginner to professional, the instructors are always happy to help and answer questions and the crowd are friendly. Equipment has just had a re-furb and they're always on top with the latest gizmos. They don't go easy on you though they will work you HARD. But that's what you're paying for, right?

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Unique enough, my two sons have additional needs and have been going for around 2 years now, the difference it has made to my eldest is unbelievable, his confidence has improved in every aspect of life. Matt is more than just a trainer he is a mentor to all the boys. the atmosphere is not like any other gym, everyone is so friendly & the gym is a safe place for all!

Fantastic experience: I found this place just by online searching, I didnt know what to expect but I knew that I need something what will give me the power, confidence and push myself to the limits. Matt and Saira are great, I am taking the classes which i can fit with my schedule. each time I know I am giving everything I can, after first class, the pain in my body, well didnt know that can exist and I am training at home so...its great friendly place, people who definitely know what they are doing and they are taking all the best of you. If you like to push yourself like me, if you like to know your limits and have a good sweat, you should be part of it. great choice for me. Thank you to all of the team of Unique Gym

Fantastic experience: I can't tell you just how great this gym is.... My 6 year old autistic son charlie started a few months back and Matt and Ben have been nothing but fantastic with him. He struggles on and off due to noise, people ect and they have been constantly patient and caring towards him making him feel included and wanted within the group. The younger coaches tom, bradley are also brilliant and will make every effort to include him when he's feeling uneasy. This gym is very family oriented and it really shows in the way they teach and behave with the children within there care. Would 100% recommend

Matt is a very good instructor, he made my boys feel welcome and supported them to build their confidence. I recommend unique fitness to all friends and family.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing, I've been to a couple of classes run by Saira now and loved it. I went along not knowing anyone, was warmly welcomed by all. Great place whether you're new to training or a pro, unique gym has all covered.

The classes, and class times, are great and you always leave feeling like you’ve had a proper work out.# ladies class.(thanks to Matt and Saira) - The location is perfect Love going there most days...... and the kids classes are lovely, my boys are always excited going for their classes.

Fantastic experience: Never been a fan of Gyms until I got introduced to Unique & their instructors! I highly recommend Unique to anyone of any ability. Everyone’s friendly, welcoming and definitely know their stuff. The classes I go to are hard work, fun and we come out dripping in sweat but feeling amazing. No one judges and that is one of the reasons I love this Gym. Kickboxing, PT’s, Fitness and so much more, it caters for everyone. The best Gym without a doubt!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely a great gym to be part of, I say this because when you walk in after a few sessions you feel like family, very laid back with no pressure. The gym is a specialised fight Gym, hence why you walk into a room with a fully open plan room with a padded floor, there is all however all you need in regards to gym equipment in the back room for cardio, strength and conditioning. The Coaches down there are all very knowledgeable and friendly and regardless of your goal they can sort you out. The gym caters for both men and women and assured you will be comfortable working out there! The gym is always clean and well presented with the ask that you clear away after yourself.. a bit of courtesy atleast! You will normally find Matt the gym owner there (he is the guy posted on the wall next to the Hulk, that way it's difficult to miss him)grab him and he is always willing to help you out, have a chat about nutrition or anything you want to work on and he can help you out or set you in the right direction. Classes are held during the week, men women and children get down there and sign yourselves up! You won't regret it There is no other gym like this, check it out get down there and say hello

Fantastic experience: I've always loved going to Unique. You can tell the coaches work to maintain a great atmosphere where people feel comfortable and at home there, even if they don't feel confident or nervous to go and train for any reason. The coaches are easy to talk to, friendly and are always respectful to not push you too far but still encourage you to push yourself to do your best. I'm pretty attached to the place, it always feels like it has a lot of heart in it and I'd definitely recommend training there.

Fantastic experience: I was a bit nervous as I'm hard of hearing so wasn't sure how I would get on... The instructor made me feel at ease and I settled in straight away!! It's a close and personal gym which is awesome.. Pushed us to our limits!! Loved it

The trainer boosts people's inspiration and drive for both fitness and competing. There is no contract so your not tied in to any financial commitments. The classes are pay as you go which are very cheap. Equally good rates for personal training

They understand that some people are there for fitness or fun and others are there to fight. They push those that want to be pushed and are always friendly and approachable. Great value for money and great environment.

The coaches will get you super fit and teach you new techniques every time you go. It really is a unique gym you'll not find another like it!
