Fantastic experience: I have trained at many top gyms across the UK (and a few ropey ones too!) whilst working away from home and the unity gym is right up there with the best of them. No big egos, everyone is warm friendly and approachable with a real team ethos

Fantastic experience: Top notch place with top notch people
Fantastic experience: I am doing the 18 minute stretching routine everyday and I love it!! I’ve done the beachbody programs like p90x for 10 years, and I did Athlean X for 5 years. I thought those were the best programs out there to get fit and feel good until I found this. Athlean X left me injured and with muscle imbalances and my body started to tighten up over the years. I went back to P90x and my pain and tightness didn’t change. I knew I was missing something. I spent thousands of dollars on trying to get the pain to go away but the relief was always temporary and the pain would come back as I continued to lift in the gym the way I did. I started doing this routine in the morning and it was like my savior. Because it worked so well, I started buying into everything Radjin and Yani had to say. I’m going to try out the FMS program next and leave P90x and those programs behind for now. I actually do the loaded mobility routine first and then follow it up with the stretch routine. If you want to feel good in your body, I highly recommend sticking to this program. I started to learn that it’s not how I look that matters the most to me, but it’s about how the way I train makes me feel. I don’t like training just to look a certain way anymore. I want to feel younger as I get older and this program seems to be the ticket.
