West Cornwall Inner Space is a large, light well-equipped studio in Newlyn, Nr Penzance, Cornwall. We provide a tranquil setting in the heart of the fishing port of Newlyn; an inner space to access your own inner space – whether that is through Ballet, Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Tai chi, Massage, Ballroom or whatever floats your boat! We offer a great range of classes and therapies aimed to nurture you and enhance physical and spiritual well-being.

Hire of the hall with full facilities includes exposure to our audience on Inner Space notice board, Social Media and also inclusion in the Inner Space Monthly Newsletter which goes out to 700 plus people.

The Studio is 9m x11m with mirrors, ballet barres, Yoga and Pilates equipment: £14 an hour or £12 an hour paid monthly in advance, for regular weekly classes.

We organise yoga, pilates and dance classes to rejuvenate your body and soul. Our yoga studio in Cornwall holds a variety of classes that help to improve mental and physical health. We strive to meet your fitness and wellness goals by providing the highest quality yoga classes in Cornwall.

Sarah Turner is qualified in Reiki to Master level and holds diplomas in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (DHP).
