Keep Fit Darlington

Positive experience: I am new to th whole gym scene and so far so good, shame there's no where to lock a bike up as i would of liked to have riden to it but apart from that its all great stuff

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of 'Keep Fit Darlington' for 3 years, and I've loved every minute I've spent in it. The facilities are spotless all the time, and the huge variety of equipment is well maintained. Additionally, the staff are professional and knowledgeable, and gym members are treated like family instead of a number. As long as this gym is available, I'll be there!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the gym for years, spending years at David Lloyd and Bannatynes and slowly tiring of the whole "health club" thing. I was looking for a place which actually focused on health and fitness and less on drinking coffee and gossiping. So I joined Keep fit Darlington a few months ago and it's exactly what I've been looking for, family run, friendly, great atmosphere, brilliant equipment and spotlessly clean. There's a great vib and the people who go range from serious body builder types to average joe's. Martin (the owner) and the rest of the staff are really friendly and always make time to ask how you are and if you're enjoying the place. The price is less than half of what you pay at the big health clubs where you pay for the privilege of just being a member but for those who want to workout, improve strength and fitness in a warm, friendly atmosphere I think its so much better. All in all, it's great!
