Fantastic experience: Was quite the experience , I thought it was a cinema But walked in the wrong door ,luckily I was wearing my running shorts and the most most beautiful girl I've ever seen called Flo directed me back to the cinema ,I may get a membership on her charisma alone her mate Jas was very lovely too x

Positive experience: Not for my taste. Good services in the changing room, intensive classes but a bit confusing and difficult to follow and overall I don't like the vibe. Very pretentious.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place! It isn't cheap (after the introductory offers) but the service is friendly, the facilities are great and the classes are intense! One criticism would be it isn't always easy to follow what the instructor is saying and due to the nature of it being in a dark room it isn't always to see what they're doing either. If budget isn't a concern, try it out!

Fantastic experience: Love this place, and everything about it! Front desk staff are really lovely, and always happy to help when I forget my locker number. The facilities are top notch; changing rooms are always spotless. Shakes are well needed after a killer sesh, with the Snickers one being my absolute favourite. The instructors are all amazing! Each bring their own style and skill to making the classes the best they can possibly be; pushing us to run faster, lift heavier, endure for longer, and achieve results to be proud of.
