Fantastic experience: I like this gym . download the app and you can check the best times to turn up for your workout ,also You can use it to check your progress and it even has a barcode scanner so you don't need to type your gym password in when you arrive . It has all the equipment you need. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good gym at a reasonable cost .

Fantastic experience: This is the best place for workout in Milton Keynes. The machines are sanitized and has good ambience. There are washroom, wifi, shower and water facilities. And it's affordable

Been a member since it opened a few years ago and enjoy simplicity of the gym, no reception just an app or code to let you in. Good range and quantity of equipment. One thing that's not great is strength of showers.

Fantastic experience: Lots of equipment, classes. Clean facisilities. Behinde the building is a member's car park for free. Sometimes can be crowded, but most of the time its chilled, you can work out in you own pace. Friendly staff . The gym is open 24/7 entry only with personized pin code, quiet safe place. Oh and the best thing : no contract.

Positive experience: It's a good gym, it's got everything that you need. Some of the staff's are okay and some are not so friendly! But it's good and worth the money.

Fantastic experience: I used to use this gym after work. It's next to the station which made it easy for me to walk to. The gym was not busy at all compared to London. It has all the machines and weights I need, and is overall clean and tidy. I strongly reccomend this gym to other users.

Fantastic experience: High quality machinery and free weights with lots of treadmills / static cycles and at least two machines for each muscle group for an affordable price. It can get really busy in the afternoons so try to come early in the morning / lunch time / late at night.

Fantastic experience: Im a fan of The Gym chain and its membership options. Moved to Milton Keynes and signed up for membership. Helpful staff and easy for parking. Good central location also by the train station for people wanting to use it before/after work. Nice layout and as you would expect having used other The Gym locations.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym. I love the new manager. He makes all the members feel very safe. He also stands around the free weights area shouting at members not putting their weights back.

Fantastic experience: Very convenient location. Good range of equipment. Generally well maintained. Good crowd, polite members, friendly staff. Weights area is slightly small and could do with some expansion. Limited mat space available if classes are on.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym for a good price. Open 24/7. You can join and you are given a password so you can visit anytime. They have 2 different tariffs for peak time and off peak time. The changing rooms are great and the machines selection is good. There is also a car park at the back where you can park free. You can have access with your password and have the peace of mind that your car is looked after.
