Fantastic experience: This is a very welcoming club and everyone is kind and very friendly. The gym is well equipped and the gym staff very professional.

Fantastic experience: I was there two times on the massage. Staff were polite and helpful, treatment was so relaxing and in general all facilities are good. You have an access to gym, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The entrance is very nice and you can really feel like you are in the jungle

Fantastic experience: My husband had a full body massage today with a young lady called Hollie he couldn't praise her enough when he came out he thoroughly enjoyed the experience the only thing he didn't enjoy was walking though the gym to Changing rooms he will return for another massage in the future think he may ask for same person too thank you Hollie for making his day

Fantastic experience: Very clean. The facilities are outstanding. I had a lovely Swedish back massage and facial and I felt completely revitalised. The pool is heated and sauna and steam room are very clean. The staff are always going around cleaning. The staff are are also very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend for a spa day.

Fantastic experience: Recently became a member of the gym here which is a fantastic gym, extremely clean and the staff are friendly, with the added bonus of use of the pool and sauna! Cheap/free parking time dependant.

Fantastic experience: Really nice gym for its tier (those that don't know bannatynes have a teir/rank system for their gyms, Google it) Nice garden outside pool area and decent steam large steam room and 2x saunas. Pool is a good size aswell with a deep-ish end and shallow end.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. Great for a spa day with the Mrs. The massage therapists are highly skilled. Always come out very relaxed and in pain, but in a good way. Hot tub, steam room and pool area is very relaxing too. We visit regularly and will continue to do so

Fantastic experience: It was nice nice experience, we had fun and the massage was very nice and upto my standard. Relaxing day with my friend. The only thing I would mention is feeling uncomfortable seeing people, guests on their mobile phones where it said no mobile phones. I was told that they do checks but the time we were there I never sawc5 anybody. Otherwise than that, I would like to thank the Spa team for finding and handing my wallet in as I left it on the desk. Fantastic experience: Very efficient service time of pandemic. Upon arrival temperature scan and hand sanitizer. The staff wearing Protective shield against virus head gear and mask. Various areas designated markings 2 metre guidelines. In main gym hand sanitizer and paper towels. Enjoy my training here since there is a punch bag for martial arts training and practice my years training. Also hold record of being undisputed karate champion back in the day of East Anglia. Preparing for my film production movie training being Vimanaman character in latest block buster movie to come in future once satisfied with training abilities of character. My only comment is that the entrance to the changing rooms is through the gym, which may be confusing at first Generally, it's a great visit Although sometimes new staff are not very friendly (my experience during my last visit - where I purchased a pass, she attempted to palm me off multiple times, before sorting my pass out)

Fantastic experience: Lovely pool, jaccuzi and spa treatment rooms. It's just a shame the gym deco hasn't been modernised, and you have to walk through it to get to the changing rooms.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with this new gym in milton Keynes. SPA experience is perfect, following with warm water pool for swimming. Decent size gym floor. Plus, there are small cafe area, serving healthy fruit shake and protein drunks

Fantastic experience: Had a Spa Day and Natalie, the treatments girl, was fantastic. I wish the massage could have lasted longer. Pedicure was great too. Friendly and helpful staff. I concur that the place could do with a little sprucing up but my locker worked and the showers were hot, powerful and clean. The Jacuzzi was fine and the steam and sauna rooms were very nice(and HOT!). Did some laps in the pool which was a bit colder than i thought it would be but i don't go swimming much so do not have much to compare it to! All in all really enjoyed my day. :)
