Fantastic experience: Literally some of the loveliest people you will find in Durham; the gyms a gym. You lift. You put down. Its a good gym with good quality things to pick up and put down too, and its clean and the vast vast majority of the folks there are considerate and courteous, but its the friendly and personable environment that gets you coming back. My new gym is lame. Miss you guys - all the best for the future

Overall great staff though, and equipment is relatively new-looking / functional; there's all you need to get a quality workout.

All of the guys who work at result are super friendly, wanting to chat to you and really get to know you and what’s more, result offers great value for students studying in Durham. Fantastic experience: I have been training at Result Fitness gym since the start of February and I can honesty say I have not had a single negative experience. The gym facilities are great, and the staff very knowledgeable and will help anyway they can. The gym opens at 6 am so I can get my training session in before going to work, which is great, and the price on a monthly membership is extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Results Fitness gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, right in the centre of Durham, run by two very experienced trainers, doesn't matter wether you are a master fitness person or just a steady polder, all the facilities you need and would expect from a gym are right here. Highly recommended, friendly, helpful staff with very reasonable usage fees!

Me and the Mrs love the personal training sessions very good value and a big variety to get you fit. I broke my leg badly in March and the rehabilation work that John has done to get my calf muscle going again I cant thank him enough for!

Fantastic experience: The Best Gym in Durham. As a student looking for a new place to train this year, I found Result through a friend of mine and knew immediately that I'd made the right decision. The gentlemen who run it are a cracking team, and always go the extra mile for you with everything to do with the gym, whether it be one on one sessions or when they're just around the gym. They've always got a smile on their face and will happily give advice or guidance with anything, which is particularly beneficial due to their expertise and experience. With brilliant equipment always in immaculate condition, free parking, lots of space, a variety of effective equipment, a great free weights area, plentiful cardiovascular machines, a huge range of classes led by the team, and always with a fantastic atmosphere, I really can't talk Result Fitness up enough. A brilliant place to train no matter your age/ability/goals. I'll definitely be training here for the remainder of my time in Durham. Thoroughly recommend for all comers.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend this place enough, it's kitted out with everything you would need, plenty of fixed weights, free weights and cardio machines. The lads that run the gym are very friendly and always make you feel comfortable. Excellent location too.
